Fuoco e Farina Restaurante is a welcoming Italian restaurant with friendly and accommodating service. The food is fantastic, fresh, and tastes great. The pizza is considered the absolute best, with slices twice the size of normal slices and a great balance of cheese. Pasta dishes like the Penne All Vodka are loved, with a sauce that is great and not acidic. Other standout items include the fabulous Chicken Cutlet Parmigiana, meat lasagna with a lot of sauce, amazing garlic rolls with a lot of garlic, and very stringy cheese sticks that are the best ever. The chicken wings are cooked well, crisp not soggy, with a tasty hot sauce vinegar base. The Italian sub is huge, more than two people could eat. Salads are big enough to share. The owners provide top-notch, quick, and knowledgeable service, offering good recommendations and even samples of beers like the delicious Italian beer. The overall experience is amazing.
