The bad: Although the crab rice was flavorful, I would have liked bigger pieces of crab in the rice.
The review: Good service and location. I notice they had some additional new items in their menu, I would like to try that at another time.“

Very sad that the only location is in the yellow green market and that parking is 15 for such a great place to eat. My only wish is that they open up another place so I can enjoy it everyday instead of Saturday and Sunday.“

The restaurant is located in a shopping center that is primarily corporate offices so don't let the empty parking lot scare you off in the evenings. The restaurant is nice and clean. “Found this place on Trip advisor when I was in town for business. Looked like it would be a good place to try out. This is a Great place to go if you are in the mood for tasty food. I had their Wonton soup and Spring rolls for an appetizer. The soup was tasty and a large bowl of soup. Each chicken wonton was very good. The spring rolls were cooked just right along with the dipping sauce had the perfect amount of spice. My main course I had 2 sushi rolls. The Rainbow Dragon roll and the tempura tuna roll. Both were so good and each had 12 pieces. The presentation of the rolls was nice too. I couldn’t stop eating all the food it was so good. Service was fast, and very pleasant. I will come back here again and again.“

The tuna here is incredibly fresh and the sushi rolls taste super authentic and made to order. The cilantro mayo is a standout too, it adds a really unique flavor that makes the rolls even better.

The atmosphere is fun with a nice authentic vibe. The staff is very friendly and attentive the whole time.

If you love sushi, I definitely recommend Fuji Hana. Also don’t miss the chicken katsu, wonton soup, and the gyoza dumplings…definitely some standout dishes.“

“Ample parking in the front lot. Handicap slots are available . Excellent service for 4 for lunch. The staff greated us and we were seated. Drink order taken and lunch ordered. Extensive sushi menu. As well as traditional Tia dishes. The salads were served with an giner and pickled red onion dressing. The main courses were as ordered no problems and in a timely manner. My Tia rice and noodles were tasty. The sushi was fresh and generous servings provided. Prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity. Overall an enjoyable lunch with the family.“
