My daughter loves the Nutella beignet and my husband loves the guava one. I think the chocolate chip cookies are like top 3 I've ever had, and I'm a chocolate chip cookie expert! :)“

Those things are out of this world good! Yoghurt never used to blow my mind, but these things are better than ice cream!“

“The space is open and spacious. I love the relaxed vibe here. Music is always playing but not crazy loud. Staff here is so nice. I saw people working on their laptops here. They have oat, macadamia and pistachio milk which is awesome. Just under $10 for a pistachio matcha latte. It gets a bit pricy but I expect it in a nice spot like this. Plus, I did alternative milk. There is a couple of outdoor tables with umbrellas. I would come back with a friend to catch up or just to work and enjoy the vibe and coffee.“

“Pura Vida is one of my favorite breakfast/lunch spots because the food is always fresh and tastes amazing. I just graduated from UM and during my time as a student I loved meeting my friends at this location in the middle of campus! The servers are friendly and service is usually pretty quick. The space is a little smaller than their other locations, so I will say the tables fill up pretty quickly during the week, but it's still a super cute atmosphere to do work/catch up with friends at. Also prices aren't cheap, but the quality of the drinks/food is very good. The menu is smaller at this location too, but still has all the essentials. Definitely recommend this location if you're a UM student/faculty member, or just someone who wants to see campus while getting some PV :)“

“On August 15,2026 it was my sister’s birthday and we decided to have brunch at cafe Bastille. The food was delicious, service was great and the manager and our waitress helped us to celebrate my sister’s birthday with a wonderful dessert and a toast to the birthday girl. Most of us had steak and eggs see pic below.
It was our first time visiting Miami and we will definitely remember this spot when we return.“

Update 1/2026: I brought friends this time. They absolutely loved it. The crème brûlée is a must. Food was phenomenal and walked the complete location. The pastries look amazing and had coffee at the coffee bar. This is one of my favorite restaurants in Miami. Highly recommended.“

“We called ahead as we wanted to make sure about parking and also we had a small dog. We received a very warm positive response. There was lots of parking and our dog could be easily accommodated We came for brunch and were greeted very warmly by Juan and staff. It’s just a very nice place, coming from downtown Miami. It is still in the artsy district with lots of activity, but not right in the chaotic part of downtown Miami. We were greeted upon arrival. Juan made sure we were comfortable and took drink orders. Then the food. ( our dog was royally taken care of). We found the empanada to be excellent, the breakfast sandwiches delicious from bread to cheese, eggs and meat. Very fresh!! Our party had wonderful juice combinations and we had an expresso- all were excellent. It was a wonderful experience and we’d come back in a minute. Thankyou Juan!! PS the bathrooms were absolutely wonderful and clean too!!❤️❤️“
