“Pura Vida is one of my favorite breakfast/lunch spots because the food is always fresh and tastes amazing. I just graduated from UM and during my time as a student I loved meeting my friends at this location in the middle of campus! The servers are friendly and service is usually pretty quick. The space is a little smaller than their other locations, so I will say the tables fill up pretty quickly during the week, but it's still a super cute atmosphere to do work/catch up with friends at. Also prices aren't cheap, but the quality of the drinks/food is very good. The menu is smaller at this location too, but still has all the essentials. Definitely recommend this location if you're a UM student/faculty member, or just someone who wants to see campus while getting some PV :)“

“this place has become my second home. the community, the good vibes, the coziness, everything about vice city kava is so special and such a perfect hang out spot. the drinks are fantastic, there are so many options, and the bar tender skye is so sweet and kind, makes drinks quickly and accurately, and is always on her game. she is overall such a core contribution to the vck community!! i definitely recommend this place to anyone, and if skye is the one making your drink, expect it to be perfect :)“

Update 1/2026: I brought friends this time. They absolutely loved it. The crème brûlée is a must. Food was phenomenal and walked the complete location. The pastries look amazing and had coffee at the coffee bar. This is one of my favorite restaurants in Miami. Highly recommended.“

It is family friendly , we had two kids with us and they enjoyed the live musician with the violin . I felt so bad seeing only one employee running the entire place by herself on a holiday weekend. “A new favorite for our gelato-loving family. We tried several flavors and it's hard to choose! All of them were great. You can't go wrong with the Dulce de leche. The coconut is great, too. The lemon is so refreshing and the texture is meringue like, totally lovable.
They serve wafer cookies freshly made in store. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I wish I lived closer, I would become a regular. If you love Argentinian style gelato, you have to give this place a try. Parking (street and public garage) around the block.“

“Beautiful new coffee shop in the Grove Central complex. Very conveniently located just steps from the Coconut Grove Metrorail Station. Coffee drinks are fantastic as are the lemonades and Matcha Teas. Food is delicious, especially the grilled cheese and the Nutella Waffle. Interior is beautiful with cool murals and the staff is always super friendly and super fast with all the orders. The cherry Greek yogurt danish is fantastic.“
