“Staying close by for over a month we spend most days having coffee + breakfast here at Pura Vida + love it so much! LOVE the avo toast + salmon + the omelette is SO good The staff are so so lovely, each so friendly + helpful. Shout out to Jenni, Sofi, Joseph + Ricky who we see most days who also are so good as to remember our names + orders. Honestly love our little local mornings here at PV ♥️“

“My friend and I stopped in here to kill some time and it was by far the best Starbucks that I have ever been in! The staff was so kind and accommodating; I didn’t catch the woman’s name who was serving us but she was very very friendly. We felt so welcomed and comfortable the entire time that we were in there. And the drinks were great, of course. I’ve never left a review before, but I just had to for this location. Locals are very lucky to have this as their Starbucks!!“

“Had an amazing late lunch at News Cafe. It was just the thing to start off my Miami trip! Had the Chicken Paillard which came in a very generous portion with roasted potatoes and an arugula salad and it was super tasty and fresh. “Friendly staff and great proper coffee! None of this diluted rubbish your find in a lot of American coffee shops! We ordered a cappuccino and iced latte and usually all you taste is milk but these were proper yay!! Nutella croissant was very good too!

“First beignet ever and it was amazing! My wife and I stopped in before dinner and had an iced vanilla latte and an order of beignets! Both were phenomenal! I always get an iced vanilla latte, half sweet with oat milk and it was up there with the best! The beignets also were just made fresh and warm!

Will come again tomorrow!“

“We called ahead as we wanted to make sure about parking and also we had a small dog. We received a very warm positive response. There was lots of parking and our dog could be easily accommodated We came for brunch and were greeted very warmly by Juan and staff. It’s just a very nice place, coming from downtown Miami. It is still in the artsy district with lots of activity, but not right in the chaotic part of downtown Miami. We were greeted upon arrival. Juan made sure we were comfortable and took drink orders. Then the food. ( our dog was royally taken care of). We found the empanada to be excellent, the breakfast sandwiches delicious from bread to cheese, eggs and meat. Very fresh!! Our party had wonderful juice combinations and we had an expresso- all were excellent. It was a wonderful experience and we’d come back in a minute. Thankyou Juan!! PS the bathrooms were absolutely wonderful and clean too!!❤️❤️“

“this place has become my second home. the community, the good vibes, the coziness, everything about vice city kava is so special and such a perfect hang out spot. the drinks are fantastic, there are so many options, and the bar tender skye is so sweet and kind, makes drinks quickly and accurately, and is always on her game. she is overall such a core contribution to the vck community!! i definitely recommend this place to anyone, and if skye is the one making your drink, expect it to be perfect :)“

“I’ve been coming to I Think She Is since they first opened in 2019 or 2020, and over the years I’ve seen a lot of changes. There have definitely been ups and downs, and plenty of great baristas who have come and gone. Through it all, the service has always been a pleasure.

More recently, though, Melanie has completely changed the game. Every time I come in, she greets me with genuine kindness, a warm smile, and a positive attitude. In a city where good customer service can be hard to come by, that really stands out.

On top of that, she has been making some absolutely incredible lattes lately. Consistently great drinks paired with exceptional service make every visit enjoyable. Melanie is truly a shining star at I Think She Is, and I wanted to make sure she gets the recognition she deserves.

“I came over the weekend and thought the place was nicely decorated. It’s a great place to come, eat and study or work. Ordering food is also very easy on the tablet. I love how they offer all day brunch. I tried the omelette sandwich with a salad and it was delicious. The tasty omelette sandwich on brioche bread was big and filling. The salad was simple but delicious. The staff were also nice. I would definitely return to this location to try other items on the menu.“
