We had an outstanding experience at Sushi by Scratch. Each course, we we amazed by the combinations and freshness of each ingredient.
The team, Jason, Brian, Florio, and JC were incredible. Full of knowledge and passion for the sushi and saki we thoroughly enjoyed.
Had AN amazing birthday experience with Jason, JC and Ana! Sushi was beyond delicious and the service was impeccable! Everyone was so sweet and determined to make sure we had a great delicious night. Would definitely recommend!
We had an amazing time at sushi by scratch! Brian the bartender was amazing, he recommended the sake pairing and it exceeded our expectations. We learned so much about different sakes and felt like we were in Japan! The sushi was out of this world what an amazing experience!!!
