As a solo diner I felt very comfortable here and well taken care of. I went around 5-530pm on a Sunday and there were plenty of spaces to sit at the bar. The bartender Jimmy walked me through the menu and showed me which items were gluten free. I tasted some wines, had the mortadella and pickled veggies to start. Excellent experience at Carbone Vino. Everything we ordered was fantastic: the spicy rigatoni, veal parmesan, beef carpaccio, tuna tartare, tiramisu, chocolate cake, whiskey sour, and espresso martini.
The highlight of the night was our server, Michael. He was attentive, personable, and made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. Service like his is a big reason we’ll be back.
