“My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of dining at Keik, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was incredible. But what truly made our experience stand out was the exceptional service we received from our waitress, Mary. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly, taking the time to explain the menu and made recommendations based on our preferences. Her enthusiasm and passion for the restaurant's offerings were contagious, and she made us feel like valued guests. And then, of course, there was the food - oh, the food! Honestly the best pancakes I have ever eaten.Keik, you've earned a loyal customer in us! And Mary, thank you for your outstanding service - we can't wait to come back and see you again!“

“Nice atmosphere m, staff was great, and food was delicious. The mimosa was as big as my head.. lol However, it was $19. I wish there would have been a smaller size option as I have a very small stomach due to weight loss surgery. With the $19 mimosa I also got a coffee, eggs with cheese and bacon with a bagel to go for my friend. With tip the bill was $60. Now I realize I’m in South Beach, but I think that is a little excessive for breakfast. Lunch and dinner I understand.“

“The Lifeguard by Edwar Simal Cafe & Restaurant and John, Eddy, & Joseph were amazing! The Lifeguard Cafe is amazing both service & quality of food. I had the Ham & Cheese Omelette(good & hearty), & the Signature Sweet Pancakes, those pancakes were a tiny bit of heaven, complete perfection. My family stumbled upon this unique cafe during our hunt for a brunch spot with good food @ a reasonable price after our 7 day cruise. John greeted us outside while we were checking out their menu, & was happy to make accommodations for all 14 of us. All service was stellar, they even gave us detailed descriptions of some of the menu items we had never had before. Some of us tried the Tropical Bombon espresso drink, delicious! The atmosphere is very welcoming for an art gallery, that doubles as a cafe. You just have to go for yourself, you’ll love it!“

“A very nice place on the beach. Its owners are Spanish, they attend to the business with professionalism, ensuring that the paella accompanied with European-type bread, the squid in batter and the Catalan cream are sublime and a unique experience for the palate. It is worth coming and repeating the experience. I highly recommend it.Additionally, the music they play is Spanish and of very good taste and appropriate to the occasion.“

“Best breakfast sandwiches of my life. It's so hard finding quality food and ingredients in Miami and Novela nailed it with their Egg Sammie and Herb Omelette Ciabatta. Get the ciabatta with bacon and a side of the homemade sirracha mayo is unreal. I'm a saucy girl and they know how to do sauce. Also great place to co work from and such great vibes. AND rose syrup for your coffee :,) I'm obsessed.“

“Nice shop, always busy. You order directly at the counter and the food is then brought to your table.Breakfast and the croissants were delicious, but contained far too much filling for my taste. But it's better this way than the other way around.“

“We were in the Gables and decided to try this Australin twist for breakfast. Location is on Goralda by many restaurants. Plenty of seating outside. Wife had a almond milk coffee. Coffe was excellent. Think it was an African brew. IDaughter had a lamb burger with ske liked. There supposedly known for the ? toast. Wife said it was good. I had a toast with lamb and an ? on top. It was good but was missing maybe a fruit marmalade or something. It was different and descent..Service was really good.“
“The place is super nice, consistently attended by its waiters, with excellent service. To start, we had some delicious empanadas. We had sorrentinos and spaghetti for the main course, and they were delicious! And for dessert, dulce de leche pancake with ice cream. Very lovely atmosphere! Highly recommended!“

The place is beautiful, clean, and remarkable. It is Located in the center of the South—Miami area. I welcome you to come here and enjoy a lovely brunch or lunch. Nice place. It gets hectic so service can be a bit slow. But it is worth it. You will enjoy it. The best thing is the feeling that you are definitely coming back.“

“Very large portions (includes nearly a loaf of bread lol), could possibly share and the price was super cheap for Miami! Only like $22 for 2 breakfasts :)) Great little quick spot to stop at. Lots of drink options too if wanted. Was busy so maybe that’s why it was a bit long to get our food. Has some spots to eat inside but not a lot.“

“First time trying this cafe, I thought it was one of those busy hectic coffee shops where you can barely find a sit, but It’s a pleasant atmosphere, the guy at the counter was very kind, I ordered a latte and a croissant like every Saturday morning and the coffee was very tasty and also good temperature, not extremely hot. The croissant could of been a little bit more crispy. But overall good! I’ll definitely come back again.“

“As an Italian, I really miss a traditional pasticceria. Mamma Leone makes me feel like I’m back in Rome. You can order in Italian (they speak the language) and they serve the coffee on the bar in a glass of you want (the way we Italians do it). Drink your coffee with a cornetto ? and enjoy. The pastry is authentic, cornetto mini nutella and torta della nonna highly recommended. Five stars.“

“They say size matters... Family and I stopped here for midday Sunday breakfast. Place was packed but luckily we were able to find a table quickly. Parking was on the street and not the greatest but again we got lucky and found a spot rather quickly. You have to pay by phone. Inside the place had a good roar as they had a fully seated restaurant. They have a large spacious dining room and good size service counter as well. As you walk in you can't help but notice their spread of large croissants and other baked goods. We decided to order the French Toast, Croque Madame and the Kids Egg Breakfast along with an Almond Croissant and of course a Guava and Cheese Croissant. Everything was really tasty and came out pretty quick. French Toast was probably my favorite but I have a sweet tooth. The Croque Madame was perfectly cooked. The egg just oozed out upon touching it. I felt it was also a nice sized portion. I had to take some home. The croissants were also really good. They had ample amounts of filling and thats saying a lot given their size. I can see how you could just go in and have a coffee and croissant for breakfast and would be satisfied. In fact I might be doing that more often here. The guava though I would have preferred it to be more of a marmalade like consistency instead of guava jelly like but still it was very good. I have to also give a special shout out to their Orange Juice. Wow it was so fresh. My only complaint was that I wish I could have endless refills although it was nice that our orders included coffee and orange juice. As we were heading out they had a line out the door of folks waiting to be seated. So you might have to wait but the place is worth it. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They even have the cutest little to go boxes. Overall great place for breakfast and I would definitely be coming back. Recommend if in the area.“

“So good! I'm still dreaming about their crème fraiche pancakes. They were to die for and I'm make the commute to Miami just for them. The bowl that I got was delicious as well. Coffee was great, small portion but the lavender flavor was delicious without making the drink taste soapy. The only thing that disappointed me was that they were out of their more popular baked goods when I got there for lunch at a relatively early time. I hope to be able to try them at some point in the future. Place is beautiful with instagramable spots and the service was fine!“

“An amazing little cafe in the middle of a concrete jungle, what a find. It's simply a counter, you order and wait, then you can head out to the reflecting pool to eat. All the food is fresh and made daily, it's breakfast and lunch, very good and reasonably priced ! We had the ham and cheese croissant, the Sunday sandwich and 2 Americanos for $20 plus tip. It was hot, fresh and very tasty. The coffee was amazing and the 2 women who ran the spot were delightful. It's just basically a food stand, no real ambiance, but it is clean and efficient. We can't wait to go back and try lunch, homemade soups and sandwiches........“

“Great sandwiches, mixing perfectly flavors and textures. We ordered the Chicken Sammy and the Goat Club. The Goat Club was more complex, with the fig shining through; while the Chicken Sammy was simpler and more earthy. We were both super pleased with the food, great execution. The downside was the ambiance, the music is blasting and not necessarily relaxing or enjoyable.“

“One of the best Venezuelan bakeries so far! The cachitos jam of course is the thing you need to order. Plenty of jam shredded to perfection.Cafecito con leche on point and of course I added my cinnamon powder to it! Adding to our Venezuelan degustation, a Golfeado is the way to go. For those who are not familiar with it, it is very similar to a Cinnamon roll but mixes the savory by including Venezuelan cheese as a topping (queso de mano ? + anise (anís). This one in particular was baked to perfection, as it was mellowed with plenty of honey and crunchy nuts ?to top it.The apple strudel ? was a like a puff cloud blowing in your mouth and with plenty of sugar powding to blow your expectations! The jam & cheese croissant ? easily crumbled in your mouth, I just wish it had more jam & cheese filling. The Palmerita was baked with plenty of cinnamon and vanilla! A twist of the traditional Spanish treat that I was not expecting. ?The place just needs some area to sit down and enjoy its pastry selection on site!Looking forward to try the rest on my next visit, even thought the place is pricy, but it is worth every drop of coffee of it ?☕️“

“My husband and I had lunch here twice while visiting Miami. We thought the food, ambiance and service were excellent. Our first visit we split a Perez Chopped salad with chicken. I had a Coke and a nonalcoholic Honey Mule Gingerbeer. We sat on the lovely outdoor patio overlooking the water. We were first time visitors to Miami, so we especially enjoyed looking at the Miami skyline. Then we toured the Perez Art Museum. We liked this restaurant so much we decided to dine here again when we visited the Frost Museum of Science, which is next door. This time we ate inside since it was raining. We split the delicious Perez Chopped Salad and some toast. This wonderful restaurant was recommended to us by a longtime Florida resident. We would be happy to dine at this restaurant even if not visiting the museums.“
