“Service was very good from the moment t I arrived. Staff was great!

Careful on the parking, I almost got towed because I parked on the wrong side of the restaurant. Its very confusing snd could happen to anyone. Good thing I was paying attention.

The onion soup was not great, and thats a shame as the rest of thenplace was good. The empanadas delicious, breads so good. But that soup was a complete waste. Id go back, but just focus on tapas style items and bakes goods. Id skip the real food based on my soup experience.“

“The quality of food is high, for that I recommend it. The reason I wouldn’t go back is that the staff just did not care we were there at all. Still waiting for them to ask how everything is… we came through last year and had a totally different experience staff was super friendly and engaged even though the place was packed. We caught them at turnover and they couldn’t care less. We talked about hitting craft as a high point for our one night in Miami before cruising… and now we won’t bother going back to Bayside.“

“Simply the best sandwich I’ve ever had. Seriously. It’s amazing. Me and my girlfriend just happened to stop by and had genuinely the best sandwich we’ve ever had. I had a large pork Bahn Mi and had had a small beef one. It filled us up perfectly respective to our proportions! Friendly staff, friendly costs, and a friendly place; genuinely a hidden gem for college students and those who want a quick but delicious bite during their lunch break.“

The staff went above and beyond—helping take photos, checking in frequently to make sure the bride and groom were happy, and making the whole evening feel special. “My husband found this little gem and we went for brunch on our first day in Coral Gables. We struck gold! Not only was our server, Monica, a treat but so was the food. We went with two of her recommendations. The il piu italiano avo toast and mega mushroom omelette…so good!! I went back the next morning because I really wanted to try the don’t be a (lemon) tart French toast…another hit. And my server, Rashad, was another gem! I enjoyed the food, atmosphere and workers at Threefold, and would highly recommend you check this place out.“

“Chill restaurant in the heart of key biscayne that has great variety on the menu. I’ve never had a bad meal I always enjoy it and I really recommend the pizza. Service is great (ask for Octi he’s very nice) and makes us feel very welcome!“

“The coffee and pastries are always spot on. Anytime I am in Miami, I make sure to stop in for the chocolate chip cookies and a delicious latte. My daughter loves the Nutella beignet and my husband loves the guava one. I think the chocolate chip cookies are like top 3 I've ever had, and I'm a chocolate chip cookie expert! :)“

“There most likely will be a wait and you should definitely wait it out. The average is about 40mins around 10am on a Saturday.

The staff was wonderful and you get to SEE bread being freshly baked every second.

We went for it with fruit & yogurt, eggs Florentine, and baguette. We couldn’t finish it all but that baguette was LIFE. So delicious and perfectly warm and toasted!

“We absolutely love coming to Novela Cafe, and a big part of that is Helen. She always greets us with a warm, welcoming smile, is incredibly attentive, and never misses the chance to stop by and make sure everything is perfect. She makes every visit feel special and is one of the reasons we keep coming back.

Breakfast here is always a treat. The avocado toast is fresh and delicious, and the American breakfast is the perfect combination of sweet and savory—crispy bacon, fluffy pancakes, eggs cooked just the way you like them, and crispy hash browns. The coffee is consistently excellent too. You can tell that every barista takes pride in what they do because every cup is made with care and tastes amazing.

Whether you choose to sit outside or inside, the atmosphere is inviting and relaxing. The greenery creates such a pleasant space, and it’s a wonderful spot to enjoy a meal or get some work done on your laptop.

We rarely become regulars at the same places, but Novela Cafe has definitely become one of our favorite spots. Great food, wonderful coffee, and exceptional service make it easy to recommend.“

“I just moved back into Coconut Grove and this is going to be my daily stop. Not only is the place cozy and beautiful,
filled with fantastic wines, gourmet foods, original local artwork and even cute clothes, but the food was delicious. I had a melted mozzarella and tomato sandwich on ciabatta bread and it was divine. I also had a homemade flan that would make my Cuban grandmother, proud.

“I always come in and get the basic tea w/ collagen and Fiber as well as my Reese’s shake I invented 🤣 (just the chunky monkey but no banana caramel in it just chocolate and peanut butter) The store is always super clean, all the products are DELICIOUS, and the staff are always so friendly, especially Jazzy!! She always has a smile on her face and makes you feel so welcome, she brightens up everyone’s day and she truly cares about the customers ! “We had a great time visiting Wynwood Walls not once, but TWICE during our one week stay in the area. Both days we also visited the cafe attached to the museum! The food was delicious, and the drinks were refreshing and made well. On both days we were helped by PARIS. On our first, adult only visit, we shared a delicious turkey, Brie and apricot spread sandwich and a a couple French 75s. We enjoyed our meal and the amazing customer service so much, when we returned to the museum two days later, we had to stop by the cafe again for another turkey sandwich and couple of delicious beverages. On the second visit, I had the white wine sangria and the kids had the butter pasta, and to our pleasant surprise PARIS was there again with her kindness and her genuine and intentional customer service. PARIS not only remembered us, but was very genuine and consistent her service which we truly appreciated. Thank you PARIS for making both of our visits fill so welcoming.“
