Everything was absolutely amazing! From the food to the service. Start with the table side Caesar. All the appetizers are great so it's hard to choose just one. Oysters were fresh with a delicious mignonette. Giant grilled shrimp was tender. Tuna carpaccio amazing. The pastas were all cooked perfectly. If you have room the sundae with pistachio crisps is delightful

We were really looking forward to celebrating a birthday at Carbone Vino, but unfortunately, the experience missed the mark.

We were seated in the back room (something I’ve noticed other reviewers mention), and the energy just wasn’t the same as the main dining area. Almost immediately, a waiter—not even assigned to our table—rushed us to order before we’d even settled in.

Throughout the meal, we had to ask multiple times for basics...
