Wanted an outdoor lunch but didn't want the chaos. This was perfect. It's in a shaded area with plenty of fans and a nice breeze. My preteen boys didn't complain which is always a win! Food was great

Went for happy hour this past Friday around 530pm with a reservation for 8. Food and drinks were good, however, the service was absolutely terrible and dampened the night. Our server was Andres F and he didnt seem interested in meeting basic needs like bringing water to the table (our appetizers got to the table before the water), bringing ketchup for the kids' burgers (my wife had to get up and ask the hostess for ketchup after waiting for 10 minutes) or picking up empty plates to make room for other food. Appetizers came in spurts, sometimes 10-15 minutes apart, mixed in with main dishes. When we pointed out to Andres that an entree dish hadn't arrived even though everyone was finishing their meals already, he simply said it was coming and then proceeded to turn around and take an order from the other table. Dude, read the room - we just told you a meal hasn't come out even though we are all finishing and you don't go check the kitchen right away? The salmon ended up coming out with dessert and my in law just took it home. We should have asked to get it comped but whatever. If we return, we will definitely make sure to get a different waiter.

Joseph is an excellent server and pays attention to details ! The food was excellent as usual, compliments to the chef. Management is always on point making sure things run smoothly and went the extra mile for my friend's birthday to make her day: thank you! One of my favourite places in coconut grove 4 years and counting !

Glass & Vine does not disappoint!! You cannot beat the outdoor ambience and the live music in the heart of the Grove! The service is always on point with great attention to detail. Mark the restaurant manager is always making the rounds and making sure that his guests are always attended to and that they are having a great dining experience. This is a very dog-friendly restaurant and furry friends are always treated with a bowl of ice water and sometimes even a treat! We tried the Happy Hour food and drink selections this time and really enjoyed the choices. The croquettes, pot stickers and fish bites were all amazing! I highly recommend!!!

Tonight was my first time at Glass and Vine. What an experience. The Hostest (unfortunately didn't get his name) he was so kind. Our server, Steph was beyond amazing. Very kind, patient and offers great recommendations. The atmosphere was peaceful, enjoyable and absolutely beautiful. The drinks and food were a 100 out if 10. I will definitely be coming back often. Thank you Glass and Vine for the experience. And again HUGE shout out to out server Steph for being amazing.

This is our 3rd time dining at Glass & Vine. We absolutely love that there is a playground adjacent to the restaurant so our kids can play while the parents enjoy a nice evening out. Everyone from the host, manager to the server were super attentive and provided excellent service. Not only is the atmosphere and service wonderful, but the food is also delicious! We will continue to visit every time we are in town!
