Delicious Omakaze experience with a wide variety of sashimi and rolls. My fave was the shiitake rolls. And I was obsessed with the wasabi oil they gave us for the hand roll. The service was amazing and the itamaes the best, we even got to try a very fluffy matcha biscuit and the shaved ice with mint and lemony taste was amazing!

We had takeout. Great quality food for the price. The food was fresh and packed well. I was greeted with “konnichiwa” and smiling faces. The challenge for them is that they are tucked back in an alleyway that reduces their exposure to walking traffic. We will eat there again.

The fish they use comes straight from Japan is super fresh! The servers and chefs are super nice and accommodating! Inside area is quaint and nice, the outside area is just as nice. Location was tricky to find but well worth it! It's number 9 on the map.

What a cute literal hidden restaurant. Hidden from the main path, Midorie is a such a breath of fresh air. It looks very simple but cozy and warm, there are no frills to the aesthetic. The staff is friendly and super welcoming. I ordered a yaki soba bowl and the waiter made the best protein recommendation. The food came out in less than 5 min and it was so good. The flavors were great and everything tasted so fresh. I want to come back and try the sushi

A truly hidden gem in Coconut Grove with delicious food and great vibes! Our server, Lynette, was INCREDIBLE. Made excellent recommendations and had incredible energy. For my meal, I went with the Midorie bowl with soba noodles, and my boo had the same but with white rice. Absolutely incredible - super fresh flavors and extremely filling. I also got the scallop hand roll, while he went with the spicy tuna roll. We each had a cup of miso soup as well. Loved everything. The prices are a teensy bit on the high side, especially for the hand rolls. But, they take a lot of care in the food, and I'll definitely be returning. A few things to note. They don't have a liquor license just yet, so no beer and wine for sale, but they do offer BYOB. This spot is a bit hidden, as it's adjacent to a parking lot on the OTHER side of Main Highway and visible for Grand. Parking is available in lots and on the street nearby.

This is hands-down, the best sushi I’ve had in the Miami. The fish is amazing fresh and tasty. The place is so authentic and the staff is incredible. We were lucky to have Ray helping us with our dinner. Truly amazing experience.

The food was excellent. The service very poor. The ambiance poor. It’s located in the middle of an open hall with wooden tables and chairs, greasy. They don’t sell alcohol. Soft drinks are very limited. Extremely expensive for what they offer.

Excellent sushi. Small place tucked away in the back on the shopping center. Very fresh fish and well prepared. Friendly service. Not cheap but worth it!

This place is great. I’m going back soon. Food quality is excellent. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the chefs are incredible with a beautiful fish selection. Sit down, order an omakase, and relax.Kid-friendliness: the staff was great with my 7 year old son, on his birthday. Made the night perfect.
