This is not your typical ice cream shop. It’s a haven for experimental ice cream connoisseurs—the kind of place that turns ingredients that should be forbidden in ice cream into something unexpectedly fabulous. Their seasonal menu is always an adventure; only Salt & Straw could make an elote ice cream with cotija cheese and corn taste genuinely delicious.
They let you sample every flavor so you know exactly what you’re getting into. My personal favorite is the Salty Donut guava and cheese, and another standout is the honey lavender.

As a Coldstone loiterer alumni, I feel like Rick and Morty brought back inter dimensional ice cream. These flavors are so unique. I kept trying em, and ordered something different. There was an urgency in discovering as many of these “sophisticated” flavors ASAFP. The one I settled on was guava and cheese on a pumpkin spice cone. The combination of pumpkin spice and guava were extremely complimentary. I don’t know where else I would’ve discovered that. Wow!

Cool location in the cocowalk/coconut grove area. Extremely unique homemade flavors like I’ve never seen. Everything from fruit and cheese combinations, to a Halloween themed creepy crawler flavor that had candy coated bugs and matcha ice cream in it. I went with a scoop of the cinnamon snickerdoodle and one of the salted, malted, chocolate chip cookie dough. The cinnamon snicker doodle was a touch bland, while the cookie dough one had malted fudge and was fantastic. Perfect consistency in the ice cream here and fair prices given the location. Shop employees were helpful and kind, letting you try any flavors you like.
Always 10/10. The new limited edition taco is a must try.

A friend had told me about this place and now I understand the hype. Their flavors are anything but ordinary and it is honestly refreshing to go to a place that doesn’t have run of the mill typical flavors for ice cream. Their guava and cheese ice cream and the strawberry balsamic are recommended!!!!

Went here for dessert after enjoying pizza and wine at Mister 01. Both Jose and Tyler were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. As longtime Häagen-Dazs fans, you can imagine our excitement at seeing such a wide variety of flavors. They patiently guided us through tastings and explained each one with genuine knowledge and enthusiasm. We left with two cups in hand and a pint to go—absolutely delighted!

I got the Sea Salt with Caramel Ribbon in a cone—definitely recommend getting the cone. The ice cream was delicious: you could taste the salt without it being overpowering, and the caramel was thick and creamy. It’s a bit pricey for ice cream but the portion was generous and worth it. The area is super cute too, with lots of families and kids around—a fun, family-friendly spot that’s also great for a date or a walk in the park.

WOW! THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME HERE AND I FELL IN LOVE WITH THE FLAVORS. Honestly what a great experience. The staff was lovely and so informative on the menu. I was able to try almost all the flavors and I even took a pint home for my family. Definitely coming back soon.
