I had the best time at the Key Club! My server Keith was very knowledgeable on the menu and very attentive to my party of 16. The vibes were amazing and the food was even better. Surf and terf sushi roll was a must have and skirt steak was delicious as well.

Amazing food, amazing service.Nothing could have been better. It's one of the nicer more upscale spots, they don't serve hot dogs here. It's an experience that isn't rushed. Plan to spend some time and enjoy yourself.

I was extremely dissatisfied with the service in your establishment today. We waited an hour to be seated anotger hour for our meal. Very disappointing & disorganized. I witnessed a waitress bring out someone’s chicken waffles drop it on the floor and set it back on the plate. Awful truly you can do much better. I truly feel like I flushed my hard earned money down the toilet today.

VERY poorly managed on Easter Sunday. Upon arrival for brunch, we were told they were out coffee (only decaf available). How does a restaurant run out of coffee on a Sunday?? Service was poor, it took forever for a waiter to come to our table. Ordering was like pulling teeth. We waited over an hour and a half from sitting down to the time we got our food.. people were leaving. They never even offered bread or anything to hold us off. ...AND they automatically charged 18% gratuity. Negative experience BY FAR.

We got reservations for the Key club a couple weeks in advance for a 7:30 bachelor party dinner. We ordered a few appetizers and they were decent. Then came for ordering steaks. They didn’t have a ribeye so I went with a NY strip. It was pretty underwhelming for a $100 meal. The steak was pretty tough, likely a choice cut at best. Overall the service was good, the food just lacked the wow factor you’d expect when trying a new restaurant.

Second time at the key club. Had a great Sunday brunch. Received great service from Max. Awesome bartender with great drinks. The greeter was the best but Max made up from the lack of service. He went above and beyond to make the experience well worth it. We tried the Cinnamon Toast Crunch French toast which was delicious! Branzino is so good as well. The ambiance is very cute and relaxing. Would definitely visit again.

Ambiance service food cocktails and everything was amazing! I recommend going on Fridays for the oyster special and asking if they have any specials for the weekend. I got the sushi special including 3 rolls and it was amazing! I also love happy hour and it's until 8 pm!!
Beautiful restaurant. Willy provided amazing service and Max the bartender was incredibly kind. Also thankful to Chef Renzo who checked on us and made sure the food was delicious, which it absolutely was. We will definitely be back very soon!

We had a private buyout of the space for a medical conference. Sergio and his team couldn’t have been more hospitable. Food and vibe were both perfect. Can’t wait to go back !
First time visiting this restaurant. Love DGs establishments. This restaurant is no different. The service was great. Food was delicious. Alan our server was very attentive and helped with all our needs. Gabriel the bartender was amazing. Menu has a variety of items, easy to choose a dish. Highly recommend. Will visit again in the future.

Was not informed it was a set menu for Valentines Day when I made the reservation. They did accommodate us and let us order some items off the menu. When the steak was brought to the table they brought butter knives and we had to ask for steak knives which took a few minutes. The food was delicious! However the server only checked on us once during our meal. We had to wait for more water and for our plates to be cleared from the table.

You can clearly see they've spent more money in designing the graphics of the menu and the interior than focusing on delivery a great food experience for such a staple of american bistro.Unfortunately I won't be back at the Key Club since the food was very disappointing, not bad, just disappointing.Waiter was nice but you can see nobody is instructed to be good, just nice because anyways the 20% tip is already included.The ambience is very pleasant, burger was decent and juicy, but fries were ridiculous. Old and warmed up or refrained at the moment. Not acceptable.I didn't have any napkin for 20 mins and ketchup was just too stingy. You can probably dip 3 fries in the little jar they give you.Classic Martini cocktail was ok but basic and slightly watery.Ribs were eatable yet portion was small. Full of sugary glazing which is typical when the actual meet is nothing special.A real pity because as I said the environment is very nice.Sincere Apologize for the direct message but my suggestion is to focus more on the food and the service. There is a lot of competition around and in my opinion for the price I've paid, burger, fries and ribs should have been outstanding, being all very very easy american staples.Best Regards,

Excellent spot to sit outside and enjoy The Grove people watching. Hector and Allen were there to take care of us and the food was great. The chicken, baked potato and mac n' cheese are Amazing! Thanks for a great bday celebration. I'll definitely be back again soon :)
