Not what it used to be. The place was empty and there was girls behind the counter but yet I stood there for at least 5 minutes until finally I was asked if I wanted to order. Guess they didn’t feel like working. The food Gyro was dry and wasn’t seasoned enough. No tabuli sauce was included or offered. When I ask for it that wanted me to pay extra 85 cent for one small sauce that should have been included. Place use to be great but not anymore.

The staff is friendly and welcoming, but unfortunately, the food did not meet my expectations. I typically enjoy Middle Eastern cuisine, but I was disappointed with the quality here. The tomatoes in my salad were discolored, indicating they were not fresh. While I don’t expect everything to be organic, I do care about ingredient quality. The olive oil used was noticeably different from the high-quality options sold in the grocery part of their store— the one they use in the restaurant side was light in color, diluted, and tasted more like seed oil. Yuck. The extra pickles I ordered and paid extra for were rotten and translucent, and I had to request a replacement. The staff seemed scared to get permission from the owners who chatted between themselves before agreeing on a replacement.

With such a large customer base, there’s no need to cut corners— prioritize quality or lose more customers!

Bad vibes.

I don’t usually write reviews however I was recently so disappointed in the lack of care in the food quality. I picked up dinner yesterday and this was my first bad experience here. The salad literally had clumps of hair. I sent them an email to avoid a bad review and got zero response. I was however sent email and text surveys on my experience so I responded to both to try to resolve my issue and make them aware of my recent experience. Still no response. I am probably too disturbed to return for a while. Really disappointed and I understand having bad days but even the post experience gave me a bad taste in my mouth.

Islamaphobic, only for the local Christian neighbors. Sorry. Christian cashier squished bread, and added unedible ingredients into sandwich.

Delicious meals. I thought the meats could be seasoned a little bit better. However, the meals are very filling and a great price for the area.

The line goes out the door and their only focus is on the to go orders. They don’t give 2 craps about the folks online.

Terrible beef shawarma (dry, chewy and flavorless (with watery tahini) ) and absolutely fantastic baklava!

Food was good-ish. But not worth waiting in the 40minute lunch line. Especially with 7 people behind the counter and only 20 people in line
I'd pass unless you have 2 hours to go for lunch

Absolutely delicous? I definitely recommend the beef shawarma and the kibbeh and greek salad. I love this and their second location. I have only been here twice and absolutely delicious. My mom ate here for the first time as well and it was nice and filling. The line and figuring out what to order there can be a little confusing but then easy to figure out

Consistent in quality and a great place to eat lunch or pickup food for the office. No drama atmosphere and plenty of variety.

You eat very well, authentic and tasty Lebanese food, and after eating you have to take a walk through the Arab super market to discover the world of spices and interesting things about Middle Eastern cuisine.

Good food but some dishes are not ready when they open. So why open if you're not ready.
