When to get the $10 Wing deal and the lady at the window told me I could only get hot wings it does not say that in the ad so I called the manager his name is Otto he handled it like a professional should he gave me 10 regular wings and the other box was 10 hot wings the lady had told me that they only saw Hot Wings on that deal I said but that's not what it says in the advertisement and I can't eat hot wings so otto straighten it out for me he was so pleasant to deal with now...read full review

However, there was a complaint about the saucy nuggets combo not having enough sauce, which may have been a misunderstanding. Joseline, possibly an employee, was praised for her kindness. Overall, it is one of the best KFCs experienced, known for its quick and delicious food.
