The first thing I noticed walking in was how clean the restaurant is, and a young lady using a rag on the table surface [cleaning with confidence]. I had a horrible experience at Restaurant #34567 because of filthy the tables were. At this Cooper City location, Nathalie is doing a great job! Great experience dining in.
Super slow service and food was luke warm.
I generally prefer this location to the one at Griffin and Weston Road. The food seems better, the frappes are thicker, and the staff are always friendly. The main frustration is that the frappe machine seems to be unavailable quite often. On a recent visit, we also paid for breakfast sandwiches only to find out they weren’t available. After waiting in line for so long, I left frustrated and didn’t even realize until the next day that I hadn’t received a refund....read full review
