Consistently one of the worst Wendy’s around. Make sure to check your order carefully. They almost always forget something. We were missing our nuggets today and the bags were so full I had a hard time checking and missed it. They gave me all the wrong sauces. And there was no tomato on my burger and the most dismal piece of lettuce. Atrocious.

The phone doesn’t even ring! They missed up my order and when I was checking the lady yelled out “everything is in there!” Lo and behold everything was not in there. That’s when I immediately called and the phone is out of service. Terrible customer experience. Lastly, the food is inconsistent sometimes it’s great and sometimes it’s subpar.

This is consistently one of the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to. Since it’s the closest one to me, I’ve been to the Wendy’s a bunch of times. Every time I go to another Wendy’s location, I think, “wow, this is what fresh Wendy’s tastes like”.Today I ordered two sandwiches to go, both which came without tomatoes, but no one told me they ran out of tomatoes. This is just one out of the many times where something like this has happened here.I won’t be going to location anymore. There’s a Wendy’s on Sheridan or Pines blvd that is pretty close.

Daneka was incredible! It was 1:27AM & her attitude was “WOW FACTOR” She was so engaging, also let me know they are cooking my burgers fresh! Look how nice & clean this drive-through was! If it’s not clean outside, trust me, the back of the restaurant is filthy!!!! Daneka keeping it clean & running smooth!!!! She deserves a Bonus or Raise$$$$$

Store I guess only hires people that are Illiterate cause everyone in that store always gets my order
Gave me very small bitter French fries, probably because it was cooked in very bad oil (probably changing it very rarely) I had to throw away French fries because of how bad it was. I am VERY disappointed ?????
