This is consistently one of the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to. Since it’s the closest one to me, I’ve been to the Wendy’s a bunch of times. Every time I go to another Wendy’s location, I think, “wow, this is what fresh Wendy’s tastes like”.Today I ordered two sandwiches to go, both which came without tomatoes, but no one told me they ran out of tomatoes. Daneka was incredible! It was 1:27AM & her attitude was “WOW FACTOR” She was so engaging, also let me know they are cooking my burgers fresh! Look how nice & clean this drive-through was! If it’s not clean outside, trust me, the back of the restaurant is filthy!!!! Daneka keeping it clean & running smooth!!!! She deserves a Bonus or Raise$$$$$

The phone doesn’t even ring! They missed up my order and when I was checking the lady yelled out “everything is in there!” Lo and behold everything was not in there. That’s when I immediately called and the phone is out of service. Terrible customer experience. Lastly, the food is inconsistent sometimes it’s great and sometimes it’s subpar.
