Came to 107 Taste and left already planning my next visit. I ordered the Miso Ramen with chicken and pork belly on the waiter’s recommendation, and it delivered — incredible flavor, and a bigger portion than I expected, so I happily shared. The presentation looked straight out of a menu photo.

My wife had the Pad Woon Sen with chicken, which was really good, and I also tried the Pad Thai (chicken, medium heat). I’ve had Pad Thai all over Miami, and this was better than most spots I’ve been to — genuinely surprised by how good it was. Service was fast, and the place has a quaint, laid-back Asian feel that made me comfortable rolling in wearing shorts.

We finished with the Thai donuts. Really good, though I’ll admit donuts are hard to mess up. Bottom line: I’d recommend 107 Taste, and I’ll be back the next time I’m craving ramen.

We were a table of 9 and ate family style because we couldn’t help but try each other’s dishes. We were surprised that every single dish was just as delicious as the next. The server offered great recommendations and the serene music made for a wonderful atmosphere. Will definitely come back again soon!

I ordered the Pad Woon Sen and it was really good. The ramen is also worth it to try even though it may be hot or humid outside. Our waiters Cindy and Tom gave really good recommendations and were always helpful.

I must say, Asian food is not my top choice but after trying this place, I’ve been craving it so much it’s my second time coming in a matter of 2 weeks! The food is excellent, the atmosphere is very nice and most importantly the servers are very attentive. Cindy & Greta were great. We even received complimentary Thai donuts!

Definitely recommend and will absolutely be coming back.

Food was absolutely delicious. Second time I come with my best friends . You can taste the authenticity in the plates. I’ve tried the ramen soups and wok noodles and both were great. Service was as well. Servers are kind and friendly.

Try everything. You simply cannot go wrong. This little, Coral Gables gem offers a remarkable variety y of East Asian dishes that is sure to please even the pickiest eater in your party. The ambiance is mellow and relaxing. The decor is modern, minimalistic, and appealing. Everything is impeccably clean, and the service is extraordinary. Tom was very attentive and polite, ensuring we were satisfied with every course of our meal. This was our third time eating from 107 Taste, but our first time eating at the restaurant. It has consistently kept us coming back and we highly recommend adding this place to your top places to try in Miami.
