Do not leave the drive-thru unless you go through your bag. Third time today I leave and they miss something. Last time they forgot an entire dish. The service is awful. Food is goo but not worth it.

First, and most importantly, the food was great. The order taking experience was confusing and annoying. The person preparing the food did not seam to speak English and I don’t speak Spanish. To order it was a lot of pointing and getting frustrated that the person didn’t understand anything I said. I couldn’t ask any questions about the food, just point to the menu. The restaurant looked like it used to be nice. Every table was dirty, I had to wipe food before I sat down. From the entire time I was eating to when I left, no employee came out to clean any tables. But the food was really good.

The only reason this is still open,they haven't put a pollo tropical around it once that happens, it will go down in flames 🔥, the wendys that was in this area before, was a better option 💯 P.S. never trust a restaurant with black toilets, restrooms lighting was like pissing in a cave...

Specials are great, in theory, need a special that allows a healthier version without rice. From 10.00 dinner special, wanted lettuce instead of rice, now 16.00. Doesn't make much sense.

Baked potatoes are huge, but undercooked. Chicken was OVERcooked & dry. Very disappointing.

I personally dislike the chicken it had a weird taste, like plastic. They have an offer right now for 9.99 a whole chicken and rice and beans , honestly the price is super good and it can easily feed 3-4 people. I would say this place is recommended if you are trying to share a meal with a couple people and are low on cash. I don’t think i will be eating here again, but to be fair theres not a lot of chicken i like, so i wouldn’t say this is bad place, i actually recommend it for a lunch where you just need something that makes you full and it’s not pricey. But is definitely not for a date or to enjoy a delicious dinner. The staff is very nice and attentive. Ambience is kind of odd and is too hot at 12pm on a Summer day. I actually had to eat outside because it was killing hot
