Customers can customize any roll as a hand roll, and the "sugar daddy" roll is a standout. The sushi melts in the mouth like the best chocolate, with warm and soft rice that complements the eel and crab perfectly. The omakase, which includes 8 nigiri, is an amazing value, with rice cooked to perfection. Customers can sense the generations of tradition, dedication, love, and soul behind the chef's creations. The vibe and aesthetic of the restaurant are small, cozy, and authentically Japanese. Service was just as outstanding. Anaba is a favorite sushi restaurant for traditional style sushi in a warm and friendly atmosphere. The quality and style of salmon sushi are reminiscent of the best dishes from Osaka, Japan. The owner and staff are all extremely friendly and are truly dedicated to creating an authentic experience. Everything was delicious and the service was amazing! The ramen was the BEST in Miami. A small dish of roe was unique and rare in Miami.
