Always a good time when you get to enjoy live music. The musicians were great. The location is even better - cozy atmosphere with excellent service. Thanks Ruben. I wish the menu had more appetizers to share but otherwise what we had was good. They have a great selection of wines. This is a great spot for date night or groups of about 4.

Absolutely amazing experience! Such a special night for my sister’s birthday! They really took care of of us. The food, music, and atmosphere was phenomenal. Some of the best food we’ve ever had.

Bass player played electric bass the entire night with an upright sitting right next him teasing us. If I go to a jazz club named after Louis Armstrong I expect actual jazz music. Do better.

Great food, service and ambiance. My wife and I came for a light supper and music. Thoroughly enjoyed it. The Pavlova was superb, staff brought a complimentary tea service tray, the music was fantastic, there even two people that sang to their heart’s content. It’s the kind of place Miami should have more of. We engaged in easy conversation with patrons in other tables, altogether a very congenial atmosphere. We hope their business model succeeds in the long run, we need them to stay firm as a great neighborhood place to enjoy good food and music. We will definitely return, and often.

We had a reservation for the bar, but when we showed up on time we were told the bar was full. We were sat at a table in the back by the kitchen. The mixed drinks were watered down and extremely sweet. Do yourself a favor and order wine. The music was mediocre... and various patrons kept getting on stage and singing. We went to see jazz and got cheesy lounge music instead.

I really liked the vibe when I was here but the music was insanely loud. I really wish there were quieter places to enjoy jazz and a date night in Miami.

My guy Laz was amazing. Very helpful and made my mom feel special on her birthday. We didn’t even ask for them to sing and they had the live band sing Happy Birthday for my mom. Appreciate it ✌🏾

I attended a live jazz night, for a romantic birthday dinner, with an 8 PM show. I recommend going to the first performance. Waiting for them to clear out and reset the venue for the next show can be uncomfortable, especially while standing outside in humid weather and wearing heels. They did give everyone with complimentary shots, which were delicious and smooth.

The food was generally good. The New Orleans Chicken Tostones were perfect bite-sized morsels, accompanied by a chimichurri sauce that enhanced the flavor. I ordered the Miles Davis Style Salmon but was a bit disappointed by the lack of flavor and the dryness of the salmon. While the mushroom sauce helped, it wasn’t sufficient to elevate the dish. However, the French Onion Soup was outstanding, and I found myself going back for more. Although I hadn’t ordered it. My partner did and they kindly shared it with me. I’m not usually a fan of cooked onions, but the jammy texture melted in my mouth. I can’t stop salivating just thinking about it!

I’d suggest opting for a tapas-style ordering approach, choosing small dishes and drinks instead of larger meals. The space itself is smaller and quite compact, so please avoid coming with a large group unless you’re renting out the entire venue. We were seated right up against tall cabinets, and the people at the bar were so close that I could almost touch them. Also, due to the acoustics and the size of the space, it was challenging to enjoy the music while chatting. It turned into a cacophony of cymbals, loud conversations, and clinking tableware, which was not ideal for a romantic night out. I think outside seating would have been a better option.

The idea of this place is wonderful but realistically I wouldn’t come here again to sit and eat, maybe just to sit at the bar. The restaurant is extremely cramped and small, and servers/guests can’t even pass by without bumping into someone or something. The chicken dish I had tasted like a frozen/microwaveable chicken tender, and the shrimp and calamari appetizer was cold and came after our entree. It’s an incredibly pricey restaurant and although the band was amazing and the decor is beautiful, it’s not worth the money.
