Karla is very attentive and always has a smile. Even during busy peak times she is very friendly and never in a rush.

Not the same as before, quality of food has changed. I have been coming here since they opened, turkey club 1/2 the turkey they usually put. fries which have always been a standout. Just warm and under seasoned.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️An Unforgettable Icon Lunch Experience at Nordstrom

Our family had the absolute pleasure of enjoying the Icon Lunch experience at Nordstrom this week and it was truly the most beautiful way to close out the year.

From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. We were warmly welcomed by the restaurant manager, which immediately set the tone for a thoughtful and elevated experience. Our waitress, Karla, was nothing short of phenomenal. She went above and beyond to accommodate every need, especially making sure my children felt welcomed, engaged, and completely delighted. Her kindness, patience, and genuine care turned a lovely lunch into a truly memorable family moment.

The food exceeded every expectation. It was not only delicious but incredibly plentiful, thoughtfully prepared, and far better than I could have imagined. Every dish felt indulgent and comforting, making the entire experience feel special and celebratory.

We left feeling grateful, happy, and full in every sense of the word. This lunch became the perfect finale to 2025 and a joyful way to step into 2026 as a family, surrounded by warmth, generosity, and outstanding service.

Kudos to Nordstrom for truly understanding what exceptional customer experience means. This is hospitality done right, and we will cherish this memory for years to come.

We had a very disappointing experience at Bazille due to the manager, Charles Anderson. My husband and I have been regular customers for over a year and always visit with our service dog, without any prior issues.

The dog never touched any furniture and stayed on my lap the entire time. Despite this, Mr. Anderson approached us in a very rude and unprofessional manner, stating the restaurant was not pet friendly. He then withheld our food for over an hour without informing us that we would not be served unless the dog was placed on the floor.

We were a group of 8 people, very hungry, and the situation was handled with poor communication and lack of respect. Management seriously needs to be reevaluated.

Always on point! We love Bazille!! We eat here regularly and the food is consistently good. We always get the Cilantro Chicken Tacos and Burrata / tomato to start and love them...they are both so delicious! The Cilantro Lime Salad with Skirt Steak was chef's kiss! Great espresso martinis too! Highly recommend...you won't go wrong here!!

We come here very often, and EVERY time they sit us at the back tables where the server is also the bartender- the service is horrendous. All they care about is the bar customers. Same issue today. I had to ask 2 different people for help. We were completely ignored. You should have a dedicated person for the bar. Absolutely ridiculous for Nordstrom/ Merrick Park. I had to ask for the check 3 times! Had to beg someone else for refills. Sorely disappointed

Love Bazille as a baseline food is great and service is always good. However the restaurant closes at 7 pm and our reservations were for 645 pm. Not ideal when they are closing up for the night and I hate to be that person so unfortunately we did not utilize this reservation that night. Nothing bad to say about the restaurant but maybe the last reservation should be a little earlier.

We come here often and really enjoy the service, food and kids menu. My one criticism is that they don’t have non dairy milk for coffee drinks. If you are going to have coffee drinks, please carry non dairy milk. Our server told us they didn’t carry it so as not to compete with the downstairs cafe however, if you have the espresso drinks you are already competing with them. So just carry the non dairy milk please!

Over priced food, management is cheap, penny pinching and petty. Kaylin provided terrible service, long wait for food.
