Love Bazille as a baseline food is great and service is always good. However the restaurant closes at 7 pm and our reservations were for 645 pm. Not ideal when they are closing up for the night and I hate to be that person so unfortunately we did not utilize this reservation that night. Nothing bad to say about the restaurant but maybe the last reservation should be a little earlier.

DIRTY DINING: I often dine at Bazille when I’m at Nordstrom. Love the food and always have a good experience. This time, I went with my husband for lunch. We placed our orders and I received my tomato soup which was great. However, after I unrolled my napkin and placed it on my lap, a cockroach crawled in front of me on the table. I was stunned and could only imagine that it came from the napkin. It crawled toward the center of the table and my husband killed it. It was the most unpleasant experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. We told the manager, he apologized, and we left. Besides the roach, they allow patrons with dogs in the inside area (couple that was seated before us had two giant doodles that smelled awful since they had come in from the rain). It’s a shame because this was always a reliable spot for lunch, but I certainly hope they clean up their act.

What a hidden gem! Brazille, located on the 3rd floor inside Nordstrom at Merrick Park, is absolutely amazing. This is our second time here and everything we've ordered has been incredibly delicious. The flavors are fresh, rich, and authentic. The service? Flawless. From the moment you walk in, you're treated with warmth and attention to every detail. Honestly, everything the food, the atmosphere, the service is just perfect. Highly

The pizza here is my dads favorite in town, he loves it! And the Crab bisque is fantastic, cannot come here without getting a cup. Also the cilantro lime shrimp salad, and the fries with the delicious kalamata dipping sauce, yum yum yum. Everyone is also usually very friendly, its an easy yummy place to stop for a bite.

We had made an online reservation for Easter Sunday in advance since we have a special needs child & cannot wait long. We received an automated email asking us to confirm our reservation, which I promptly did. When we arrived, even though we had a confirmed reservation, Nordstrom was closed. No notice, no cancelling our reservation...nothing! Though the food is generally decent, this really soured us & we will probably not go back. Service has also severely declined this year. For being a "luxury" café, they really need to up their game. Go to Mariposa at Neiman Marcus instead.

I've been a longtime patron of the Nordstrom Bistro, but unfortunately, the service has declined over the years. I left feeling more like a nuisance than a valued customer. If you're looking for a service-driven cafe, I highly recommend Mariposa at Neimans instead. I won't be returning to Bazille again.
One person with 4 dogs in an indoor restaurant???? Three other customers with dogs. Fruit flies everywhere. Cilantro lime shrimp salad totally redone...jack cheese instead of Parmesan. When we asked for Parmesan, we got Kraft shredded. Yikes! No delicious Parmesan crisp! And shrimp with Tails on???? No hand wipes to clean your fingers??? Don't think I'll be back! Thanks to Charles the Asst. Mgr for listening to our concerns.

The manager, Dani. is awesome and if you have any issues he will make sure it’s TAKEN CARE OF. The food was great as well, me and my husband were quite happy and surprised in a great way. Great spot for lunch when you’re looking for a cute spot while in the middle of shopping
