We had made an online reservation for Easter Sunday in advance since we have a special needs child & cannot wait long. We received an automated email asking us to confirm our reservation, which I promptly did. When we arrived, even though we had a confirmed reservation, Nordstrom was closed. No notice, no cancelling our reservation...nothing! Though the food is generally decent, this really soured us & we will probably not go back. Service has also severely declined this year. For being a "luxury" café, they really need to up their game. Go to Mariposa at Neiman Marcus instead.

I've been a longtime patron of the Nordstrom Bistro, but unfortunately, the service has declined over the years. I left feeling more like a nuisance than a valued customer. If you're looking for a service-driven cafe, I highly recommend Mariposa at Neimans instead. I won't be returning to Bazille again.

One person with 4 dogs in an indoor restaurant???? Three other customers with dogs. Fruit flies everywhere. Cilantro lime shrimp salad totally redone...jack cheese instead of Parmesan. When we asked for Parmesan, we got Kraft shredded. Yikes! No delicious Parmesan crisp! And shrimp with Tails on???? No hand wipes to clean your fingers??? Don't think I'll be back! Thanks to Charles the Asst. Mgr for listening to our concerns.

It was incredible, I ordered the crab bisque soup and the Nordstrom burger, the soup 10/10 is the best of all, the burger 9/10 delicious but the potatoes come with a lot of oil, the customer service is very good Odalys and Carla The service was excellent, if you want to eat here I recommend making a reservation since a lot of people come and the tables fill up.

Days were the food is good and fresh and 2x i had a bad experience once they overburnt my pizza that could knock a teeth out and the 2nd time I found a mosquito in my tske out Cesar salad. French onion soup was extremely salty with almost no cheese. Server forgot I ordered tacos and was MIA until he came back to ask if we wanted dessert. I mentioned that I never received the tacos I order. He apologized. When tacos arrived, the shells tasted stale and filling wasn't hot. I've never had a bad experience with the food here until now.

Now in terms of the food, this has got to be my favorite lunch place - ever! I was lucky enough that the chef of the moment brought back their goat and berry salad. Fries and kalamatta sauce are a must AND the BRUSSELS SPROUTS. Divine! Chefs kiss

Met the young Hostess named Emliy ( apologies if I got her name wrong) Eric my server gave me good service. He helped me out with my order. I ordered Shrimp Scampi Pizza, Orange juice, and Brownie with Ice Cream. As I was leaving the restaurant, I noticed it was getting busy, thats a good sign. I have been to the Nordstrom Cafe in Aventura, FL location. I enjoyed my time in Bazille. This visit dedicated to my then German American ex girlfriend. Just wanted to update you on a situation that occurred at your location. My wife and I have always enjoyed going shopping at Nordstrom and having lunch at the restaurant. We often visited the location at Dadeland and Aventura, this would have been our first time at your location.
Saturday was the day we chose because knowing the Mothers Day was Sunday it would be completely overwhelming to have lunch. Unfortunately, the lunch was a dreadful event. We placed our name on the list waited at the store for about half an hour, all was fine. Upon text message that we were ready to be served we proceeded to the restaurant.
We were seated and behold waited a good 20 minutes, my wife stood up and walked to the person at the entrance. Not knowing that we might have not order like before at the counter, she asked the young lady. Afterwards about 10 minutes a server approached. Order for appetizer and drinks taken, my wife’s soup came semi warm, spoon was a dessert spoon. When the server went by we requested a larger soup spoon she advised that there were non available all were being washed. My Onion Soup was not brought until 5-10 minutes later. Also a burnt Calamari delivered to the table.
Order was taken when she brought my soup. The delay for the food another 10-15 minutes later after speaking with Melany I believe the managers name was, she observed the Calamari and we spoke briefly of the ordeal. Melany of course advised us that the check will be paid by restaurant. The main course was then brought to our table, after observing the food and preparation we fought the attention of another person. I believe his name was David. He advised that 36 identical sandwiches had been served this is the only one that anyone had complaints on. Not to worry he was advised that the Manager already advised everyone that the check was on them, unexpected behavior for an Assistant Manager kind of rude I would say. When I was working as a manager our goal was to satisfy the customer not arguing about service or if the Oil was replaced daily. The food was not what we expected, after his sarcastic behavior, David never return or a matter of fact no one returned to our table. We went to the front and asked the young lady if we had a check. She checked with Melany, which I believe should have the decency to attend the customer advised her no check to be processed.
It was an a dissatisfaction to know how customers are being treated in this establishment.

I went 40 minutes before closing, if the restaurant couldn’t attend more people they should’ve just said so so other nearby stores weren’t near closing by the time we realized it would be a bad experience. Instead we sat down waiting endlessly for someone to come take our order, despite there being atleast 8 people walking around. Some guy came saying our waitress was “a little busy right now” when we said we wanted to order..he looked more upset than us, couldn’t even crack back a effing smile, I know some people like to stand their ground but damn dude we were just trying to get a freakin pizza. First time this happens, if she’s “a little busy” one of the other 8 people should be able to take over. The food isn’t as great as the dade land location used to be, unfortunately…. But coming here is usually enjoyable. That’s changed
