Went here for free ice cream day and it was SUCH a good experience. All the employees were working nonstop to keep the line moving, super friendly, super flexible, still let us taste different flavors, and the ice cream tastes great! Loved the milk and cookies flavor. Really enjoyed the evening. And there’s parking across the street that’s only $1 for 24 minutes!

I ordered ice cream and cookies but only received my ice cream. Called many times but no one answered even though they were open. Called and explained what happened and was guaranteed my cookies when showing up with my receipt. They were able to find my transaction and confirm I didn’t receive the cookies but manager Viktoria denied it without even speaking to me and disregarding my proof of purchase. Very unprofessional. Horrible service

Horrible experience, 18yo female cashier on Jan 11th 2025 just gave me a horrible attitude, she didn’t realize I was next in line, she skipped me and when I complained about it she just gave me an attitude. She ended up serving me less ice cream per scoop. No welcome smile, nothing. Just as if she had lost her father today. And besides, the chocolate waffle cone tastes old and not crunchy. Horrendous experience.

All the flavours have a picture so kids see what they are ordering, labels on all cup sizes and cones make it easy to choose!!!!

Went last night with my friends. It was around 11:45pm and store closes at 12. Thought we weren’t going to be able to get any ice cream since we were a group of 6, but the lady in the front welcomed us. I think she’s a manager I’m not sure? Any way, great service and she was very patient and helpful to us. Great service
Ben and Jerry’s made me this incredible vegan ice cream cake!! My whole family couldn’t believe how good it was, and it was beautifully decorated. I highly recommend their cakes for any occasion
