Pésima atención, con políticas de atención muy fuera de un lugar para sentirse bien atendido. NO REGRESO
Our server was very nice, but didn't keep coming back to check on us. We had to go to the bar to get a round of drinks , then go back to the bar to get more water.
the hibachis tables needs to be fix some of them are dangerous for people they shouldn't be like that food needs to improve they increase prices and give less food that's terrible
I had high hopes for Benihana, but unfortunately, it was a major disappointment. Despite having a confirmed reservation, I waited over 35 minutes for a regular table (not even hibachi). The restaurant looked outdated, poorly maintained, and not very clean. The food was overpriced and lacked flavor or quality. Service was extremely slow and inattentive. This was my first visit—and definitely my last.
My favorite family restaurant ever for more than 20 years! I really love the food and drinks. The only thing that they should take care of is the maintenance of the restaurant itself... needs an update urgently.
After having rsvp they had us sitting there for 1 1/2 hrs without being helped. My party of 3 and the party next to us of 2 all walked out and never got to have dinner. I was trying to celebrate my mothers 83rd bday. What a horrible experience
One chef per restaurant on a Monday at 6pm. Experience is mediocre. Waiters forgot part of our meal. And it wasn't even busy
This was our first time at this location since we are on vacation and we usually go to the one in Orlando. We were sat right away for our reservation and we elected to sit in bar area instead of where they cook for you to make it a little more private. Our server was the bartender and he was great and attentive the whole time. But it was apparent as soon as we sat down that the managers I think four of them were meeting at the end of the set of booths. I think I counted at least four employees they pulled while we were trying to enjoy dinner. I am all for constructive critisism but while I can hear the managers telling servers about making a better experience for the customers all I could think about is your having meetings at dinner time at 6 pm on a Friday night. I am trying to enjoy dinner and you're having conversations that should be behind closed doors or don't seat customers near it. We elected for the 39 dollar special and the soup was great. The cali roll and shrimp tempura were also very tasty. But our hibachi chicken and shrimp lacked flavor and chicken was over done and chewy. We took both hibachi meals back to hotel but more than likely will not be eaten. We would try again just because the bartender/server was great but I hope the food has more flavor and we can enjoy our experience next time without feeling like we are in work meeting.
Fue excelente el manager nos atendió muy bien , nos ofrecieron appetizers variados debido a una falla técnica de la plancha . Pero valió la pena la espera sin lugar a dudas .
Celebrated a birthday for my daughter... food was very mediocre first time. The filet's weren't cooked to order.

It used to be great! Food wasn't tasty at all. Ac looked like it was broken, it was very hot.
Dinners beware, Benihana is now using processed eggs unless you insist in real eggs, also file mignon is not the same quality of meat, more like sirloin. Benihana is no longer the restaurant it used to be, not worth the money.
Very nice experience, except it's a bit noisy with lots of families. The kids got quite loud (screaming) at the tables along side of us. Don't really blame the restaurant, rather the parents should have kept the noise level down.
Very bad service from the waitress. The restaurant was literally empty, and she forgot to bring our appetizers. The food and the chef at the tepanyaki table were really good.
It had been a few years since I last visited this location, so we chose it for my birthday dinner. Unfortunately, the experience didn't meet expectations. Our reservation was for 7:00 PM, but we weren't seated until around 7:35 PM. Given the wait, my partner and I—along with the other guests at our table—agreed to place our food orders along with our drink orders to save time. We placed those orders at 7:48 PM. By 8:45 PM, we still hadn't received any updates, and our server hadn't checked on us since delivering our drinks. In fact, one of our fellow diners had to specifically ask for the salad and soup to be brought out. I got up to find our server, who said he would ask the manager to come by. That took nearly 10 minutes. Our chef finally came out around 9:00 PM, and that was the highlight of the evening. Chef Alberto was amazing—very skilled, warm, and engaging. He truly turned the mood around with his hospitality. To address the long wait and poor service, the manager did offer a discount, which we appreciated. However, better communication from the beginning and more attentiveness from our server could have made this a much more enjoyable evening.
