The hostess were super rude!!! Two were literally sitting there talking to each other and ignoring me once I walked in?? Ok. Then I finally got one of their attention for my online order. After several minutes with no updates the girl looks at me and asks if I’m a door dash after telling her multiple times that I ordered online ??? Obviously I would’ve said that or it would’ve stated that on the receipt? I felt like she was trying to be funny..Then imagine flyin across the country spending so much money on disgusting food only to go to your tried and true and then only get 2 yum sauces for 2 people??? ??????

I absolutely love this place. I've been coming here for years. It's not the fanciest place, in comparison to other Miami restaurants, but it has great good and easy going on the wallet. Can't ask for more. 5/5 highly recommend!
Made a reservation was sat down 51 mins after my reservation another 35 mins at the table and no entres just drinks really bad service for such a prime location don’t come here if your hungry.

Benihanas on coral way has the worst customer service ever they want to charge just for garlic butter they really treat me horrible and discriminated against me! I will never go back here nor will k advise any other people to attend this

The waitress did a very bad job. After 20 minutes after we ordered a wine, she came and said the wine was out. We ordered the alternative she offered us. Another 15 minutes passed until she came and said the wine was out too. We ordered a beer. She came 10 minutes later with the wrong beer...Service was a complete disaster, but the food was very tasty.

The service was awful! The waiter didn't come back for two hours and charged us for gratuity without even asking, he was rude and didn't refill our drinks at all. We asked other servers for help and they didn't even care to help. Absolutely horrible I wish I could get a refund.
