We were so so happy with my daughter’s mermaid cake that Brooke made. Delicious and absolutely stunning. Such a lovely woman to deal with aswell. We have found our cake maker for all occasions!

Brooke fully understood the assignment! I gave a few ideas to work with and she delivered. Not only did the cake look great but also tasted amazing! I chose boring vanilla but that buttercream was so yummy! It was a big two tier cake but it travelled so well and didn’t move a millimetre. I fully recommend Brooke for her expertise and skill!
