We had dinner at Bulla last night with my brother-in-law, who was visiting from California. I'm a regular for lunch and have always appreciated the quality and consistency, so I was looking forward to experiencing dinner again—especially with the Miami Spice menu being offered, which had great variety and even included a beverage. Unfortunately, the experience didn't quite live up to the expectations this time. Service was horribly slow, with significant delays between courses. One of the dishes we ordered—the paella—took nearly 90 minutes to arrive, despite the menu noting a 30–45 minute preparation time. Given that the restaurant wasn't particularly busy, we were surprised by the long wait and the overall lack of attentiveness. It was disappointing, especially since Bulla has always been one of my go-to spots. I hope this was just an off night, and I look forward to seeing improvements in the dinner service going forward.

The food is always excellent. Nelson took great care of us. You can see that management and staff are in sync here. Everyone helps each other, even when they are very busy themselves. Great experience!

We hosted a special lunch at Bulla and everyone loved it! The food was spectacular and the service was excellent. There was a small snafu with the reservation, but the manager more than made up for it! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves great cuisine and ambiance!

Joaquin was an excellent server. He did a great job of describing the menu, the popular dishes, and ways to incorporate the Miami Spice menu with the regular menu if we wanted. The food was delicious and we can't wait to go back again soon.

Bulla has the best tapas in town! The service is always excellent and friendly. Try off-times to avoid the noise level or ask for a table on the second floor.

The food was subpar. I had the paella which was not good. The tuna in tuna ceviche was not fresh. Overall too expensive for what we got.

Husband and I took our 8 year old and Grandpa here to celebrate his retirement. I love the energy, layout and decor of the restaurant. We sat upstairs in the patio and it was quieter and so pretty. My only complaint about the outdoor area is that Miami gets much more air at night and the fans were at full blast.
Our server Cesar was phenomenal and very attentive. We were all hungry and cranky and the drinks, and tapas all came out super fast. We devoured everything as soon as it was brought to the table. Didn’t take pics of the dishes but this is what we had: Jamón Serrano, Crispy Calamari, Kale Cesar (?), Albóndigas(?), Patatas Bravas, Sopa de Lentejas, Gambas al ajillo(?), and we also shared the Truffle Carbonara which is delicious and so rich. Melted in your mouth.
We enjoyed the food but it wasn’t fantastic! Our server, Cesar, was excellent. We enjoyed the food, and our server was excellent. He was the best part of the experience.. The music was a little loud and I would’ve enjoyed it better if it was Spaniard.
