Very bad service, but more expensive every day. For two pesos more I could go to a Chinese buffet and eat non-junk food on a plate. I should give them props for having their headquarters in Miami, but I've had such bad experiences at so many Burger Kings that I don't think I'll go back.

Had us waiting for 10 minutes for our order to be completed, and when we finally go into our food, the cheese that we had specifically asked for (AND CHARGED FOR) was missing, the whopper I had ordered with 2 patties, instead came with 1 actual patty, and 2 smaller Patties underneath.

I have been coming recently, and wow. I think the management has been changed, and I thought the changes were to improve the restaurant, right? In the last week, I saw how a manager went into the store and started yelling everybody, in front of the customer. How unprofessional can that be? Besides, all the managers seem not to know how to manage a store, they do not know how to get the food ready to give it out, it is really unfortunate, since I always come and all the actual good managers were changed or fired. It is a shame how Burger King corporate stores always turn things worse. I am not coming anymore.

Ordered a fish sandwich and fries at the drive thru and when I arrived home found the bun hard as a rock. Obviously it had been under a heat lamp for hours. I wasn’t driving back and why call management if they allow this ? Thru it in the trash. Never again at this place .

The most unpleasant thing is that Lla cannot be eaten on site because it keeps homeless people inside the place and it smells unpleasant.

The atmosphere wasn’t great but the food was hot and crispy which was really nice!
Food was Luke warm, fries cold, and service slow despite there being only one person ahead of me. Both of us preferred to be attended by a human rather than place our orders through the kiosk. In my case, it's a political decision, because I don't want to eliminate the job. But that justification only works if there's someone attending.

Last night we were hungry rather late at night and were excited to find out Burger King was open till 2am. We arrived about 1:30 a.m. and as we pulled into the drive through the menu was off, but an employee was throwing away some garbage. We asked him if they were open, to which he seemed like he didn’t know the answer, so we asked again in Spanish, still he didn’t want to answer but finally said yes. Then an employee asked via the drive thru speaker if he could help us, I asked for a Whopper combo, there was the loudest and longest sigh I’ve ever heard from anyone after which he clearly made it known he didn’t want to serve us. I said forget it and backed out of the drive-thru. We went to McDonalds and were served with helpful happy people. If this Burger King doesnt want to serve people at 1:30am they should close earlier.

Why would you put a lunch menu for breakfast and you don't honor it just ridiculous I'm really not understanding it and it's not the first burger king I go to and don't get what I want I don't like breakfast from Burger King. Very unsatisfied you need to take it off if your not honoring it plain and simple ?
