We just picked up through the drive-thru two impossible Whoppers have you all cut in half the young man who took our order and brought it to the car had a great attitude we thank him in the food was wonderful as well

10/14/25 at 3:39pm. I was the only customer and ordered 1 chocolate shake and waited 25 minutes... Not sure if the shame is worse on me for waiting or the employees for not making just 1 simple shake.

Many BK locations seem to run out of cold foam. Maybe they should update their inventories or control portion sizes/usage/measurements.

Very bad service, but more expensive every day. For two pesos more I could go to a Chinese buffet and eat non-junk food on a plate. I should give them props for having their headquarters in Miami, but I've had such bad experiences at so many Burger Kings that I don't think I'll go back.

Had us waiting for 10 minutes for our order to be completed, and when we finally go into our food, the cheese that we had specifically asked for (AND CHARGED FOR) was missing, the whopper I had ordered with 2 patties, instead came with 1 actual patty, and 2 smaller Patties underneath.

I have been coming recently, and wow. I think the management has been changed, and I thought the changes were to improve the restaurant, right? In the last week, I saw how a manager went into the store and started yelling everybody, in front of the customer. How unprofessional can that be? Besides, all the managers seem not to know how to manage a store, they do not know how to get the food ready to give it out, it is really unfortunate, since I always come and all the actual good managers were changed or fired. It is a shame how Burger King corporate stores always turn things worse. I am not coming anymore.

Ordered a fish sandwich and fries at the drive thru and when I arrived home found the bun hard as a rock. Obviously it had been under a heat lamp for hours. I wasn’t driving back and why call management if they allow this ? Thru it in the trash. Never again at this place .

The most unpleasant thing is that Lla cannot be eaten on site because it keeps homeless people inside the place and it smells unpleasant.
