I'm tired of the fact that every time I order online, 3 out of 4 orders are canceled after making you wait a while, the place and the service are disgusting, if they are not going to prepare the orders, they will not accept them.

Every time I go shopping I lose money because something is always missing. For example, today I went shopping and asked for the mozzarella sticks and they didn't give them to me. I lost money on other occasions, they didn't give me the potatoes or sauces. As soon as I got home I started calling the store and no one answered.

Less the 1 star!!! As a Gables resident the service at this location is concerning. The last time I was there I ordered a cheeseburger with onions, it took them 3 cheeseburgers before they got my order right. They tossed 3 cheeseburgers infront of me before I got what i wanted. This morning my husband drove by picked up a chicken sandwich and a whooper. Chicken was not cooked completely which poses a health threat. I wonder who manages this store? It is digustingly dirty, staff is uncaring and just like I told the kid at window the day of the cheeseburgers if you guys dont care for your jobs you will soon shut down this store. Maybe we should start reporting incidents of this store to dirty dining and maybe then they will pay attention to the complaints being posted. We wont be back anytime soon. But its infuriating to have to drive 2 or 3 miles to another store when we live 4 blocks away from this one. The home of the whooper no more, sad it will soon vanish.

Wow, this location has gone downhill. It's dirty, the music is insanely loud, and the side door is locked for some reason leaving only one exit if a fire ever breaks out. Beyond that the fries used to be better/fresh. These were stale.

I had to come home and put cheese on my own burger... and the new candied bacon burger didn't come with the candied jam like it advertised, so don't even go with that. Very unsatisfied with my experience.
I drove 30 minutes just to find the guy decided to close 35 min before the official closing time which is midnight. He didn’t bother to direct me to the driveway. Finally after waiting for 15 min another guy woke up and decided to serve me at the driveway. Not

Hey there! I just wanted to share my amazing experience at this Burger King in Miami. It was seriously the best one I've ever been to! The food was absolutely delicious and the crew was incredibly friendly and kind. I have to give a special shoutout to Alonso - he went above and beyond to help me out with my order, even though there was a little mix-up. He was so helpful and didn't complain at all - something you don't always come across in fast food places.If you're ever in the area, I highly recommend checking out this Burger King. You won't be disappointed!
