Very nice atmosphere from the servers we ordered tilapia salad and salmon. The salad was nice and the tilapia so and so the salmon was not nice

I had dinner at Café Italia today with my husband. I loved everything about it. The atmosphere was great, I loved the staff and the attentive waiters, and not to mention the dish on the menu recommended by the chef, "Risotto Porcini Gamberi." What a delight! Its authentic flavor. My husband had "Veal Chop," which tasted excellent. This was our first time at Café Italia, and we were delighted with its flavor. 100% recommended.

The food was excellent. I enjoyed the veal parmesan and ravioli. The tiramisu was better than average. The atmosphere is lively. The lights are dimmed, although an older restaurant it did not feel dated, clean. There were plenty of wine options.

EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE. A GARLIC BREAD A LASAGNA AND A PASTA $140. Wow I will never return to this place. #noalabuso

Caffe Italia Restaurant serves outstanding food, with gnocchi that are perfectly cooked—light, fluffy, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious, complemented by a rich and flavorful pink sauce. I’ve been dining here for over 20 years, and it has remained consistently excellent. This hidden gem in Miami continues to deliver top-quality dishes every time.

This place is a total scam—they must be buying reviews because the food was awful. The garlic rolls were burnt to a crisp, the chicken parm wasn’t even breaded, and the pasta was a mushy, overcooked mess. The sauce tasted like it came straight from a store-bought jar—nothing remotely homemade. The red flags were there from the start; as soon as we sat down, they greeted us in Spanish (which felt odd for an Italian restaurant). Then, they handed us a handwritten receipt with the tip already included—something I absolutely can’t stand. If it were up to me, I wouldn’t have left a dime. To top it all off, the bathroom light kept shutting off constantly, making the whole experience even worse. Avoid this place at all costs.

Fabulous small intimate Italian Restaurant. We started off with a fine wine recommend by the server. We had calamari appetizer with marinara sauce. Our entrees were ziti with mea sauce.
The other meal was Veal Saltimbocca with spinach as the side. Both meals were exquisitely done with the taste of an Italian chef from the old country. The dining area was beautifully designed. Next time in Miami, I will surely stop again.
