Oh my God, I swear to God, it was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life bad bad super bad And the new account is not working.

Definitely not worth $10! Verve Coffee Roasters at the Capital One Café is seriously overpriced. We waited 15 minutes for a tiny, tasteless smoothie. Definitely not worth it.

Really love how Capital One is transforming the banking experience through Cafe format which is phenomenal. Josh at Capital One Cafe is amazing! Super attentive, always communicative, and really knows how to make people feel welcome. The energy is always positive, and somehow Josh manages to make me laugh every time I stop by. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely enjoys what they do and makes the whole experience better just by being themselves. More coffee places should have people like Josh, it really makes a difference!

This Capital One Café location is amazing. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Coffee is way better than expected and the service is great. I switched banks a while back and have had really good, consistent experiences here.
The strawberry matcha is out of this world! I come here do work I like it. the only thing I would say is SOME of the staff become so unpleasant when they are about to close. it’s usually the people not behind the bar. I got reminded at 530 545 555 550 that they were going to close at 6. This last time I didn’t even bother to stay I felt like I was getting kicked out. I felt uncomfortable

Poor customer service; I do not recommend this credit card to anyone despite their commercials and “promotions “ and fancy cafes. A lot of other options that are much better and respectful to their customers.
