I usually visit my regular coffee shop, but it was closed the other day, so I decided to stop by here instead. I’m so glad I did! I received the best service I've ever had. The barista, Natalie, was incredibly sweet and made an amazing cup of coffee. The whole experience was fantastic. Ever since I first visited this café, it’s become my go-to spot for studying. The atmosphere is beautiful, and the space is perfect for focusing. It’s quickly become one of my favorite places to spend time. Highly recommend !

i loved the cafe the second i walked in. Gaby was the one who greeted me. she is amazingly sweet and very eager to help. the barista was also very sweet. overall this has been the place with the best employees. the coffee was great especially the caramel latte. i really recommend this place it is somewhere very quiet and friendly! great service and very very clean and comfy!

I come very often to this location, but lately ive been feeling watch all the time, worst than going to an office and having the worst boss that micromanages you. its making me feel a little uncomfortable lately. I decided to write this review now because it came to the point that i was sitting and laying one of my feets in the chair infront of me and they came to complain and make me remove my feet. This place you have to sit, eat, work, etc the way they want it and they will not stop watching you like you are always going to be doing something wrong.

Decided to come here the other day to try something new. Loved the atmosphere! Great quiet place, everyone’s happy to help good place to do homework or anything of the sort. The manager Sam took my order, nice guy very helpful. But when it got to receiving my coffee he seemed to talk to me for a bit too long, I was in a rush but I didn’t want to leave him there and so my coffee got cold.
Overall I’d come again but when not in a rush. ?

So I decided to make Capital One Cafe in the Gables my office for the day since there was a power outage in my neighborhood a couple of blocks away. I took advantage of the free drip coffee they are providing during MLB season. I also received the best service from Sam the Barista. I ordered a Blueberry muffin & I had a special request and he even brought to me. I genuinely value exceptional service. The Gables Cafe is my preferred location.

worst service i have ever had. i waited for my coffee and change for a very long time. the cashier instead of finishing serving me was doing something else. i had to remind him 3 times about my coffee. they didn't even start making my coffee until the last reminder. i said i was already late for work and you didn't even start making my coffee.

Key here is to pay with your capital one card so you can really see the benefits, if you don’t have one, Starbucks is better, since you will be paying the same for a better coffee Quiet enough to even have meetings on. Some charge stations. Plenty of tables and seats and very comfy couch ?️. Coffee is ok, not the best but is good enough for a bank . Staff is friendly and willing to clear out any questions on their cards or banking services. For those confused this is not a bank branch , is just a coffee shop. Internet signal is not good but you can connect through xfinity which is not better either but you could also use your phone. I do recommend this place to work or do anything on the computer while drinking coffee
Parking: Try to walk here. Parking is expensive and only a few spots on the street that are always taken
