Josh at Capital One Cafe is amazing! Super attentive, always communicative, and really knows how to make people feel welcome. The energy is always positive, and somehow Josh manages to make me laugh every time I stop by. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely enjoys what they do and makes the whole experience better just by being themselves. More coffee places should have people like Josh, it really makes a difference!

The strawberry matcha is out of this world! I come here do work I like it. the only thing I would say is SOME of the staff become so unpleasant when they are about to close. it’s usually the people not behind the bar. I got reminded at 530 545 555 550 that they were going to close at 6. This last time I didn’t even bother to stay I felt like I was getting kicked out. I felt uncomfortable

I received a very attentive and courteous service from the beginning, was served delicious coffee, bakery items, and had plenty of space for my working time. It's 50% for all coffees for Capital One card holding members. Would definitely come back.

Weird operation. Picture a Starbucks with a few ATMs inside. If you need any sort of teller or loan based banking services you won’t be happy. With BofA and Chase having so many branches for people to actually bank at I’m not sure why the hell anyone would want an online only bank.
