Carrots used for juicing don’t look like they’ve been washed. Still have soil on them. Also, expensive for nonorganic juices.

This place sucks. Customer service is horrible. I waited over 5 minutes to make an order. Not one employee acknowledge me. All the employees in this location seems very unhappy. Very unprofessional.

Beware of the delivery of Carrot Express. They outsource with Uber Eats, which is the worst delivery platform. It has taken more than 1.5 hours (ETA of 40 min) to deliver an order 1.5 miles from the restaurant.

If you like consistency- go somewhere else. It seems like shakes are made following what ever the person making the shake feels is adequate. My most favorite shake is also the one dislike the most cause it all depends on who makes it. Help!

3 stars for service because customer service is top. However the service of making the shake is 0 stars. So disappointed especially when I have a limited time for lunch.

I can’t speak to their food or service in person, but i would strongly suggest never ordering from
them via uber eats… i ordered a chicken ceasar salad and added chicken breast for $25. What you get is a handful of romaine, 4 croutons, and a dusting of preshredded parmesan. Idk if this is what they do for uber customers only, but its disrespectful and a rip off for how much you pay (uber fees aside).

My first time ordering from this restaurant, and I am VERY disappointed in the service. I ordered a delivery to my job and it never arrived. On the website it said delivered and I contacted the restaurant to see where they delivered because no one called me as I specified on the instructions to contact me upon arrival. The guy that answered was lost and told me he didn’t have my order.. obviously because it was “delivered”. So I repeat to him that I never received the order and he goes on to tell me that he has no contact for the delivery person… when I ordered directly from them!!! Not from a 3rd party!! He proceeds to tell me my food was possibly stolen and that it happens often. Clearly if it happens often then something needs to be changed! Basically the man I spoke with said they can’t do anything about it and to report it to my card. Ridiculous service after waiting over an hour and $40 for this delivery.

I place an order on Uber Eats. Carrot express is promoting a BOGO buy one wrap and get the second one free. I was charge for the 2 wraps. Uber eats asked for a screen shot of the promo and the problem was not resolved. Scam alert!!
