It's a beautiful environment. The servers are skilled and friendly. The menu is a bit limited and unadventurous, but the food itself is quite good and the portions are large (if you're with kids younger than teenage have them split a sandwich). Prices are reasonable, in the Hilton/Marriott range (i.e., a lot less than what we expected given the luxurious nature of the place).
Our poolside dinner at the Biltmore was an unforgettable experience! The ambiance was absolutely stunning—watching the sunset over the iconic pool created a magical setting. The food was beautifully presented and delicious, and the service was impeccable. Every detail, from the fresh ingredients to the relaxing atmosphere, made it a perfect evening. Highly recommend for a luxurious and serene dining experience!
Had a light lunch at Cascade poolside at the Biltmore and it was fabulous. You can’t beat the beautiful location next to the pool. I ordered Shrimp Ceviche and a Stella. The ceviche was very fresh with bits of avocado, mango and jalapeño and lots of lime juice. It was very tart just the way I like it. The chips were fantastic with a sprinkling of Tejin—Spicy and crunchy. They were out of Stella on tap, so I had the can, which was fine, but not as good a the tap. The service...
