The show was amazing! All of the flamenco dancers, singer and guitarist were top notch, really great. And it was a really great show annd the restaurant is cute inside. Unfortunately that was the best part of the experience. The food was very bad. The seafood paella tasted super fishy and was to the table within 15mins of ordering. I’ve never been anywhere and ordered paella that takes 15 mins, they always tell you 30 mins minimum. The ribeye was ok but not much flavor or but potatoes that came with it were super bland. We were liking the service at first and our waiter was great at first but then during the show the table next to us kept ordering food, which we got there at 6 as instructed when making reservations as to not disrupt show ordering food and were under the assumption that was the restaurants policy but clearly not as many people didn’t come in until after 7, which is when the show starts. We had a great table right by the stage on the corner but the table next to us was right in front of the stage so our waiter went to them several times during the show, which is the reason we even came to this place, and would completely block our view. After the 3rd time of him doing that, he was standing there opening a bottle of wine, I said something to him and he seemed to not like that I guess and didn’t attend to us again. Not once. Not water, nothing. He was ruining our experience, which we let the first two times slide, but we mention it the 3rd time and he has an attitude with us? Horrible and he’s lucky the gratuity was included bc the way he treated us after that was horrible and should never happen. Even another server had to attend a table in the front and she squatted down and ducked as to not block the show. The show is great and it is a $55 min consumption charge per person but prob try to stick to some appetizers bc the dishes we had were bad. Show was great just a shame for the attitude of our server and food.

We have been there in the past when there was buffet style dinner and the food then was much better. We were disappointed to find out we had to pick from a limited menu this time. It was a bit confusing and stressful trying to figure out what we can order and not go passed the $55 minimum consumption. The food on the menu was not tastly at all. We were a party of 9 and we ordered different entres from the menu. Not one of us thought the food was tasty it lacked flavor. The majority consensus is that Cava Restaurant should go back to buffet style dinner with the show at the $55 consumption rate. We like the flamenco show very much, but because of the disappointment in the food, we will not be returning.

The service and the Flamenco show was almost like being in Madrid. They made my husband’s 50th very special. Love watching the show and love the service. The food was good. The Paella seems to be their specialty. It’s always really good!

Server was Jesus. Went to celebrate mom's 72 birthday. Started off with a watered down sangria then ordered 4 different appetizers but only got 2 apparently he forgot the other 2 so brought it out with our main entrees. Never even bothered to refill our water. Horrible service definitely will not come again or recommend anyone to go unless you like salty over priced food. The show was not impressing and you will be charged for the show too. So disappointing.
