I am sorry to say that the Capuchino doesn't taste well. It strongly tastes coffee with few milk that softens the strong coffee taste.

The food is not that great at least the steak and cheese, it’s very dry and the cheese looks like plastic. Very pricey to not have quality food. Carrot juice is good. But the food? Omg no it was bad

I was shoved walking into the store by a bunch of teenagers hanging out in front of the store. When I informed the employee of this, she only smiled and informed me the manager was gone. No apologize and did not address the situation with the group of teens. She made no attempt to contact security. If this is the environment allowed, you should consider lowering the price of your items.

I came many times to this place and I always glad to see the manager greeting us with courtesy and respect! Today was not one of those days :( One of the servers and the cashier were rude. Specially when I ask to refill the cream because it was almost empty. The lady open it very upset and point it out the still was some left on the bottom. She did not even said a word, or tried to help. Very bad attitude not coming back :/

Food and coffee are good tho pricey
But they take forever and dont always listen
Example if u order lox sandwhich make sure they dont send u off with lox bagel instead
Then they look at you bad when u correct the order
And didnt even toast it
28$ for this and a small coffee is ridiculous

I was very happy to visit this cute bakery/restaurant. My latte was excellent, and was made how I asked for it. The service provided was very good, and I felt that they responded to my questions very well. Nothing wrong in those areas. I also ordered a sandwich which was very good! Ample seating there was. The only thing I noticed was part of the table was dirty, but it was not a big deal.
