Chartwells at the University of Miami

absolutely the worst. I'll never forget my time at UM where the dining hall foods were uneatable. The pizza they served was always old, their burger bar was terrible poor ingredients and their management was lacking. I'll never forget one manager specifically. A big hispanic bald guy. He used to work at the Pearson dining halls, however, I've noticed him at Oasis more. One time at Oasis I ordered a sandwich, while he was on shift. My food took over 30 minutes to come out, people behind me in line were getting served faster, all while this specific manager stood around watching me wait and not once going back to \the kitchen to check on my order. Don't pass this unionization bill to pay their workers more, because this company doesn't deserve it and should spend more money on improving their food
