I had a really disappointing experience at Chicken Kitchen. The employees were rude and acted like customers were an inconvenience instead of their job. On top of that, the food is wildly overpriced for the quality you get—bland, poorly prepared, and not worth the money at all. If you’re charging premium prices, the service and food should at least be decent. I won’t be coming back. The woman working there had glasses and it was a man who was bald and a little darker definitely wouldn’t recommend

I’ve been to Chicken Kitchen at both Miracle Mile and the US1 location. On my last visit, I specifically asked to keep the crunchy chicken skin on my meal, and I was shocked to be told it would cost an extra 99 cents. Seriously? The skin is already part of the chicken. Why remove it in the first place, only to charge me more if I want it left on?
I’ve been around enough people at Chicken Kitchen to know that most don’t pay extra for this. It’s something that would probably be thrown out anyway, yet the store decides to upcharge for it. This makes no sense. I’d really like to know if this policy comes from corporate or if it’s something individual stores decided to enforce. Either way, it feels like an unnecessary charge and leaves a bad taste.

The food was fine, but hygiene and service were disappointing. Staff were not wearing gloves, and their hair was uncovered. They talked and joked loudly across the entire dining area. No one offered any extras or recommendations I had to ask for everything myself. I requested one extra flatbread, and although they gave it to me at first, they later asked me to pay for it. Honestly, that felt petty and unprofessional. I have no desire to return and wouldn’t recommend this place to others
