So unique! We were staying at the best Western down the street, and needed to eat. We wanted to walk, so we walked to chipotle, then we were looking for dessert. Courtney's cookies! My mom and I got the strawberry shortcake ice cream sandwiches....

Omg!!! Im OBSESSED!! I mean who doesn’t want healthy dessert food! I love sweet but hate chemicals and food that’s not good for you. Love love love the ice cream sandwiches and the cookies. All so freshly made and gluten free and low glycemic and vegan and truly phenomenally yummy. Guilt free dessert
