Crema Gourmet Coral Gables

Used to love the place, customer service really dived down, the waiting time is also ridiculous. Waited 30 minutes for my order while the place was empty.
Time to find a new spot

I’ve visited Crema several times, and both the service and customer care are consistently excellent. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting—perfect for families, catching up with friends after a workout, or simply enjoying a nice brunch.
Their coffee is delicious, and in my opinion, the green juice is a standout. The food is fantastic, and their cakes are just as impressive.
Without a doubt, Crema is a place I always choose whenever I get the chance.

I have dined in and gotten orders delivered for a few years now. They are very inconsistent with quality control and a lot of times something is missing. I was very disappointed that my matcha tastes like water and milk.. it is so bad!!!! Never ordering it again.

Honestly really disappointed with my experience. The food took almost 40 minutes to come out, and for the price, I expected much better quality and portion sizes. If a bowl is going to cost around $20, it should at least feel worth it.

On top of the long wait, the food itself was pretty underwhelming, and unfortunately there was even a hair in my meal, which completely ruined the experience for me. I normally don’t leave reviews, but this was genuinely frustrating. I hope the restaurant works on improving both food quality and service times moving forward. Btw this is my second ever review I am leaving and the other one might have been a worse place than this one which is wild. Weird thing is they didn’t refund me for the food they gave me a cookie instead 😭.

Honestly very disappointed this time. I usually go to different Crema Gourmet locations and never had any issues before, but this was my first time trying this one and it was one of my worst experiences. The Caesar salad had more dressing than anything else, and the dressing was extremely salty to the point of being inedible. The matcha tasted like milk and water with barely any matcha flavor. Honestly, for the price and reputation of the place, this is shameful.

Upscale look and price BUT horrible service! As soon as we walked in even though very nicely decorated you could see many tables dirty and they weren't even busy, 2 tables being served inside and like 5 outside, that'd be about 30% occupancy. Guess what the table we wanted to sit outside was dirty and cleaned it myself in order to sit quickly. Table next to us sat dirty until we were almost done with out coffees. To top it off my wife's cappuccino came and not art on the froth. I'm sure other locations do better but this place it very poorly run.

I came here for the first time as a tourist. I liked the look of this Cafe from the outside and decided to have breakfast here with my family. I had to order the food myself inside and then they will serve it to me outside. By the time the slow waiter (luis) came around and brought out the food, it was cold. We ordered omelettes, pancakes, amongst many others. The server brought the plate of pancakes with no syrup. Plus, he didn't bring the jam and butter that was supposed to be served with the meals. I tired to call him and seek his attention with no success. I finally had to have my son get up and get the syrup, jam and butter. I paid over $100 for for three and would have expected better service. It was very disappointing to have had this happen to us. The server is obviously not suited for this job. The cafe right across the street from this cafe was super busy. I should have went there instead (Green Street Cafe).

Carla provided excellent customer service and was very attentive throughout my visit. The rest of the staff was also friendly, welcoming, and made the experience very enjoyable. Great service overall!
