After various bad experiences with several dominos locations, this Dominos has made it back for every single one of them?. Super fast, the perfect amount of cheese, they followed my requests to perfection and added the oregano wich is actually hard to see on other locations event though its included. Give them a raise this is not paid promotion I promise??

Horrible experience all around. Their driver was an hour late, then basically threw it at me while I was at the store. I spoke with the manager of the store and they did absolutely nothing. Consistently bad experience and poorly trained staff and drivers. Completely rude. No one should order from this store.

My order was delivered to the wrong building and Apt manager deny to solve the problem just because I ask for no contact, I had to go around around the neighborhood looking for the pizza and when I finally found the pizzas cheese bread got lost and still he deny to help this was sat oct 28 around 6 pm but yes they took my tip but it’s not only the money is the awful service from this guy and driver people like this deserve to be fire no empathy with the client an absolute disappointment

It's not good pizza. Arrived 30 mins after it left the store and I am only 1 mile away. There was barely any cheese and it wasn't hot. Couldn't eat it.

I tried the freshly baked vegetarian pizza, it has 50% discount offer on national day. It was yummy. I picked from the store near the University of Miami. Staff were very friendly.

I walked in to place an order and the woman behind the counter decided to continue her conversation with a friend for about 5 minutes before taking my order. They told me my pizza would be done in 10 minutes then proceeded to sit down and not even bother to start making it for another 15. I waited for 25 minutes to get my small pizza. Not to mention the one worker who blew her nose in a nasty used napkin then ate her own food and proceeded to continue making pizza without washing her hands. This place is utterly disgusting and disrespectful and could not show less of a shit about the cleanliness of the store or how lazy the employees are

Messed up our order twice and when I called to express my disappointment and request a refund all I got was argument from the manager. Both managers (one was female, one male) were incompetent and represented terrible customer service.
They canceled my online order. it was 14 minutes before closing and there was still time.

Not only was delivery over an hour and a half late from agreed upon time, whenever I tried to call to check on status, either someone just hung up on me or another time I waited on hold for 35 minutes. Horrible unreliable service. Do NOT order from this location.

Terrible food and service the manager Susan is a racist bigot, my friend went to return a pizza that tasted funny (which is hard to do because it's pizza) she wanted a refund and Susan told one of the workers to put her on the do not serve list which is pretty extreme then started saying ugly N!&&@ I'm Spanish thinking no one knows what she's saying

I just went to return my pizza because the it had a very weird taste. I spoke to Claudia who went to get Susan who is the store manager. I explained I rather not have the pizza I just wanted a refund. She got really upset and told Claudia to return my money and put me in the system to never serve me again. I told her I don’t think me returning my food warrants her reaction and she got even more upset and started calling me an ugly nigg* in Spanish. If this is a representation of Domino’s Pizza. The worse part is that she was saying it in Spanish because she didn’t think I understood her.
