The worst Dominos with the worst staff. The food was 2 hrs late, cold, and incorrect. Whoever is staffing this location needs to find a new job bc the team there is atrocious.

The delivery service for this store just keeps getting worse. On average, it takes 90 minutes to get an order even though we live less than 2 miles away. Dominos Tracker is never accurate.
Tonight our order took 90 minutes. Parmesan bread bites arrived bone dry - no garlic, no butter, no parmesan. Just hard plain, little nuggets of bread. Driver loudly banged on the door for the entire 15 seconds it took for us to get to the door, shoved the food at us and walked away without a word.
Then we get the usual apology email from the store with a supposed special offer (which expires in 7 days), but the email just sends us back to the web page.
Can't get anyone in the store on the phone even though they are still open. All of this between 7:30p and 9p on a Tuesday night. Not exactly the height of business. Super disappointed again, especially when paying more than $30 for 2 plain medium pizzas and some (NOT) garlic rolls.

If i could give less than a star I would. Every time you order a piazza after 8pm they will not reliever it for another 2+ hours. It’s ridiculous and super inconsiderate. My order screen went from 22-33 minutes back up to 46 then it said 8-10 and now it’s almost 2 and a half hours later and nothing. An hour into waiting they completed the order so you aren’t even able to “track” and it’s marked as complete. I call multiple times and am met with rude people that don’t speak english so cannot help you unless you speak spanish. luckily I do and they were still just as rude and frustrating as you can imagine. I already complained to corporate but I want a 100% refund.

I placed a delivery order while working from home. I live in a 3-story building with no elevator, and the delivery driver came upstairs — the first thing he said to me, very rudely, was: “Does your phone not work?” I explained that I was working and hadn’t seen the message, and he followed up with, “Well, I can’t go up stairs and there’s no elevator here, so make sure your phone works next time.”

If you’re assigning deliveries to someone who cannot physically handle a basic delivery route (just 3 flights of stairs), that’s a serious operational concern. It also felt extremely disrespectful for him to open the exchange by scolding me. I was shocked at his attitude.

I attempted to contact the store to speak with a supervisor and was told repeatedly “no English,” with no attempt made to transfer me or resolve my issue. I don’t believe a language barrier should prevent a paying customer from being heard.

Overall, this was an incredibly disappointing experience, and if I could remove the tip I left, I would. I felt disrespected both by the driver and by the lack of customer service when I tried to address it.

Please ensure your delivery team is respectful, and that someone is always available at the store to help resolve concerns.

I recently placed a delivery order that included one regular cheese pizza and two thin crust pizzas. While the regular pizza was fine, both thin crust pizzas arrived soggy and cold.

When I called to report the issue, the person who claimed to be the manager on duty was extremely rude. She accused me of lying and insisted that the pizzas were fine, without offering a replacement or any form of resolution. I explained that I have small children and couldn’t wait another 45 minutes for a new order, but she showed no concern and didn’t offer to resend the pizzas.

When I told her I would be filing a complaint and writing a review, she laughed and hung up on me. To make matters worse, she didn’t speak any English at all.

I am very disappointed with the customer service I received and hope that this issue is addressed properly.

I can confirm this location SUCKS. ordered 2 simple pizzas and they took over an hour to prepare and when you call to find out what's going on all they do is put you on hold and leave you there. PULL THIS FRANCHISE FROM THE OWNER. THYE HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEIR DOING.

For anyone who has bad experience with delivery or is reading this wondering if you should eat here: Don’t order here if you want delivered food. If you want your pizza hot and ready, only use the app or website to order carry out and pay ahead (do not click pay at store). The app will tell you when it’s in the oven and when it’s ready to pick up. Plus, there’s always coupons on the app/website. The process is smooth and the workers are trying their best.
