Im leaving 5 starts for service and ambiance but this is place is only to pick up or delivery. Pizzas in this location are awesome. I recommend buying online and then picking up because the price difference if you buy in store is huge trust me. Their garlic parmesan sauce is something else . I don’t like their pastas a lot but definitely my favorite fast food affordable pizza.Vegetarian options: Veggie pizza veggie pasta bread etcParking: Paid street parking 3 per hourWheelchair accessibility: No

I am the owner and medical director of a private medical office located in Coral Gables. Today we ordered pizza from this Domino’s Pizza located on 1400 Ponce De Leon Blvd in Coral Gables FL for all our staff at the office and the delivery driver on arrival recklessly placed the pizza boxes on our countertop and knocked over our flatscreen monitor for our computer in the reception area causing permanent damage. This was witnessed by multiple members of our medical staff. The driver subsequently pretended as if nothing had happened, denied any wrong doing and had the audacity to subsequently ask for a tip. I subsequently called the franchise and asked to speak to the manager to report what happened and the manager I believe his name is “Eddy” replied, very rudely that the delivery driver did not cause any damage and that if we had video of the incident that we should take them to court to sue them. I believe this to be a very unprofessional manner in which to treat customers but ultimately, it is the inability to take responsibility for wrongdoing and subsequently treating myself and other staff members of my office who also called to report the incident with rudeness and disrespect that bothers me the most. I am attaching proof to this post of the damage that was caused to the computer screen. I will also be submitting a formal complaint to their corporate headquarters as I don’t believe that any other future customer should have to endure mediocre service and disrespect that we have experienced from both the delivery driver and the manager of this location; much less a small business like ourselves that treats all our patients with empathy and dignity. If we can do right by our patients then Dominoes can do right by its customers and demand better from their employees.

I like Domino's Pizza, but usually they are lost with the orders ahead. When the app said I can pick up, at the store they just received the order online so I had to wait For 20 min more.

Worst place ever.got entire wrong order and the manager refused refund and asked if I still had the sodas that I did not order so he can have someone pick it up and was playing games and in the end refused anything.he is. T-RA-S-H. Do not order from this place because if they deliver food then they do not care.without the customer you guys do not exist.

Their service is super bad. I ordered online 40 minutes before so I wouldn't have to wait in the store and it arrived and they told me that I still have to wait 35 more minutes... and that if I wanted to, I could cancel... I don't know who the person in charge is but it's bad management of this

I paid with a $30.00 Dominoes gift card and the balance including my St. Jude’s round it up donation was $4.00 of which I was to pay cash upon delivery. The driver first went to the wrong address ( next door ), then told us that we hadn’t paid after we paid with a $30.00 Dominoes gift card, AND gave him $10.00 cash that included his $6.00 tip. So when I asked for the name and # of his manager to call the location and straighten it out, he said he didn’t know the name of the manager. Finally, we gave him the Dominoes gift card to take back with him and he reluctantly left the pizza and Parmesan bread bites with us . This was the worst pizza delivery experience ever! A pizza and bread bites for a total of $40.00 !!!! Insanity ! And on top of that to be accused of not paying !

Last night, January 30, 2024, I visited the store. I was greeted by a lady whose greeting was, if you don't come to pick up, you have to wait more than 40 minutes if you order here. Also, that offer is only online and I have taken it for years from here, two medium pizzas for 6.99. each one and in a bad way told me I'm sorry ma'am I can't help you I have a blackboard full of orders rudely surprised mePreviously she had always had excellent attention so she was not prepared to be in front of a pizzeria, she did not want to.That he was ordered there, I don't think the Domino's executives would like that discriminatory attitude that is learned and not very empathetic, I don't go to that pizzeria anymore. By the way, he identifies himself as a manager and brings a bracelet with a fabric pendant and starts preparing the pizza. and it falls completely inside the pizza that is unhygienic and contamination
