Came to town for a cruise and ordered dinner from here. Being gluten free makes traveling hard especially with concerns for cross contamination, but I'm so thankful we found this place.
The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The food was incredible and hot. The bread didn't have the traditional GF taste (off-putting, weird texture).
If we are ever back in town, we will definitely order from here again.

As someone who cannot eat gluten what an amazing find. I drove an hour to find Dora's and was not disappointed! Wow. I had the carrot cupcake while I waited. Amazing. Croquettes and onion rings were on point. I took home a few goodies because I was so impressed. Worth the road trip.

We ordered 2 chicken tenders, 1 pizza, 1 mozzarella sticks, 2 dubia choc, 4 drinks. The total, with a tip was 150$

The smell of the bistro, ain't great. The environment and overall atmosphere isn't great either.

The mozzarella sticks are 19$ for 4. However, they were really good. Would recommend.

The chicken tenders were NOT good. My daughter couldn't even break them with her teeth. My wife ate them because....we paid for them. They had an odd color to them, and shape. Would highly not recommend.

Fries that came with the tenders were good. Kinda hard to mess this up. Would recommend.

The dubia chocolates were also very good. I'm not sure how much they even cost, but my daughter's enjoyed them.

The pizza was terrible. Very under cooked. We didn't even eat an entire slice.

Small space, big portions. Delicious sandwiches and desserts. Gigantic cheese sticks. Great dependable GF home base when visiting Miami.

Five stars for Gluten Free Heaven! Don't hesitate to make the trip, even if you're coming from North Broward. The outstanding customer service, fantastic prices, and most importantly, the incredibly delicious gluten-free items made it an unforgettable experience. The ambience is satisfactory, but the taste and value are truly exceptional.

Just a little gluten-free bakery that has some seriously good eats! My husband had the croqueta preparada and I had the spicy chicken sandwich and we shared an order of the onion rings. The food was all fresh and yummy and it ended up being more than we could eat!

My friend is gluten free so we looked for a place to eat that could accommodate her diet restrictions. It just so happened that Dora's is only a few doors down from Sweet Melody's, another place we wanted to visit so win/win.

Dora's Bakery & Bistro was inspired by the owners grandmother Dora Milan. Dora developed gluten free recipes that helped her feel better. At Dora's Bakery and Bistro cofounder Ana Crolla has expanded on her husbands grandmother's recipes, creating a full menu of gluten free food and desserts.

While I am not gluten free I am up for pretty much anything and I find that gluten free also tends to align with my weight loss goals so I was game to try them. They actually have a free parking lot in the back which is like finding a unicorn in Miami so that was a plus even though it took me three times to find the tiny alley entrance. My friend and I arrived a little before 5 and we were the only ones in the cafe. The menu features burgers, sandwiches, breakfast, chicken tenders, small bites, pizza, quiche, salads, pasta, cakes, pastries, bread, pies, and desserts. You can order at the counter from the menu but they also have a cooler of food you can heat at home plus cold desserts.

Dora's is small but cute. We sat ourselves at the only table available which was next to the hot window. I had the small ham and cheese quiche. With a water and tip it was close to $20. My friend ordered the chicken tenders that were coated in tapioca. TBH they looked very thin and dried out. My quiche was ok but the crust was drier than a desert. I had a gluten free pizza somewhere else recently that could have made me happily give up traditional dough but the quiche crust at Dora's had me longing for the flaky, buttery kind. I had to take a swig of water after every bite to get it down but the filling was tasty. After the quiche I passed on the desserts in favor of Sweet Melody's but my friend bought a few things and they looked good.

If you have celiac disease Dora's is a real find for croquetas, cookies brownies, cake pops and fresh-baked pizzas. It also caters to a variety of dietary needs, offering vegan, dairy-free and organic options. However as someone who can tolerate gluten, I personally found the food was not up to par for what they charge. Still I was happy that my friend was able to eat comfortably.

I was so excited to see a gluten free dedicated place down here and have had it marked on DoorDash in anticipation for my trip to Miami for weeks. For lunch today, I ordered the chicken tenders, fries, onion rings, and a cinnamon roll (for later) and was honestly so disappointed - especially for the price paid. The chicken tenders were very thin and dry with not much flavor. The sweet potato fries were very bland with no seasonings or salt. The onion rings were squishy, not crispy and also had no seasonings. The cinnamon roll was decent though. Everything was just so soggy and bland. Maybe having it DoorDashed was the problem. Everything came in plastic and just trapped the steam from the food? I hope to give it another try.

45 minutes drive to learn, that the bakery didn’t sell any kind of bread until noon. Opens at 8:00 and has no bread for a breakfast at home? Not even any frozen bread?! Just call yourself Dora’s cake and frozen food, not bakery!!!!

Not many code options, things seem to be a heated from frozen not fresh

Really enjoyed our surprise visit to Dora's. The gluten free bread was excellent, the burger and fried chicken were great.
