I was really disappointed with my experience here. The line was extremely long — almost a 45-minute wait just to order — and once you finally get your food, the seating situation is chaotic. You basically have to hunt for a table while carrying your food, and if you can’t find one you’re stuck taking it somewhere else to eat.
Unfortunately, the food didn’t make up for the hassle. The breakfast sandwich was completely flavorless, and the French toast wasn’t good either. For the price, it was very underwhelming. Spending around $40 for just two items that tasted this bland felt like a rip-off.
Between the long wait, the stressful table situation, and the disappointing food, it really wasn’t worth it.

I went last Sunday. Bakery items are great, but the place feels a bit too busy if you want to sit and catch up with a friend. I got several items from the bakery, and my favorite was the cornflakes matcha.
I waited for sometime for my table to get cleaned, but people is friendly and nice.

I really enjoyed my visit to Facade Bakery in Coral Gables. There is paid parking, and I was lucky enough to arrive when there wasn’t much of a line, which made the experience even better. I ordered the tiramisu latte and absolutely loved it, rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced. I also tried the chocolate bread, which was incredibly delicious and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. It’s not cheap, but the quality is truly exquisite, and it’s 100% worth it. The place itself is pleasant and charming, ideal for stopping by and enjoying something special. Just keep in mind that it’s more of a grab-and-go spot, it’s not allowed to stay and work with a laptop. I will definitely be back to try their famous matcha and the cinnamon rolls everyone talks about. Highly recommended!

Facade delivers on coffee quality. The acidity is bright and well-balanced, and the overall execution is solid. My flat white was on point, proper texture, good milk integration, and a coffee-forward profile that shows they know what they’re doing behind the bar. Service was fast and efficient, which I appreciated. That said, the atmosphere misses the mark for a true coffee shop. The space is extremely loud, packed with a younger crowd, and the music is turned up more than necessary. It feels more like a social hangout than a place to slow down and enjoy great coffee.

A couple of months ago, I had a cappuccino with pistachio milk at this place. A couple of hours later, I felt sick, then got severe food poisoning. I didn't think twice about this cafe, but there was nothing else I could get food poisoning from. The food poisoning was severe; two days ago, we just ate a salad, lettuce leaves, and dressing. My friend felt sick in the evening, and I got severe food poisoning the next day, again, and I was vomiting. Don't eat here and take care of yourself🙏🏻
The food is good, but the service was honestly very disappointing — from the cashier to the waiter, and even the girl supervising behind the bar. Even though we were dining in, we were given a plastic cup, and it was cracked, which caused our coffee to spill. Instead of replacing the drink, they simply poured what was left into a new cup and seemed annoyed about the coffee that spilled on the floor.
The cashier had a very poor attitude and looked completely unmotivated. The waitstaff also seemed uninterested in helping customers and were giving everyone unfriendly looks. It was only 11 a.m

Great choice for breakfast or lunch. Had the tiramisu latte which has a great balance to it and not overly sweet. Tuna melt was average but good and the mushroom & eggs has a great taste to it. I do find it pricey but everything there is made with love.

Very disappointing experience. I visited at 2:00 PM and almost nothing from the menu was available — not even the mushroom eggs they heavily promote. There were no pastries in the bakery section, only three food options total, and the only drink available was coffee. The explanation was that they sold a lot for Valentine’s Day, but at 2 PM that’s not an excuse. On top of that, the cashier had a bad attitude. If there’s no product or variety to offer, it would be better not to open. Definitely not what I expected.

I’m so unbelievably disappointed. I love this place because the food and matcha is great. However, this is now the third time that my food has taken over 30 minutes to arrive, with not very many people here. I noticed that almost four groups received their food before me even though they ordered after me. When I asked where my food was, they said they were plating it now but it took over ten minutes after that to arrive. I was eating with two other people and their food arrived almost immediately after ordering. I was going to be forgiving, however, this has happened three times now.

I’ve been here three times a love the food and coffee. The hot oats are my favorite. The potatoes are great and the bacon is nice and thick. I’ve also tried the chocolate cake and chocolate croissants and we’re both awesome! The only bad thing about this place is the long line to order and the. Another long wait to get your food. I tried ordering for pick up on Uber Eats and it said they weren’t accepting orders.

Honestly, not worth the hype. We waited about 40 minutes in line just to get in. Once you order, the coffee comes out in 5 minutes but the food arrives around 20 minutes later. I asked if they could serve the coffee together with the food and was told it wasn’t possible.
The coffee itself was burnt, which is surprising considering they use a La Marzocco — a great machine going to waste.
That said, the food was actually very good. The eggs were perfectly soft, the avocado was fresh and tasty, and the egg sandwich was delicious. It’s a shame, because with better coffee and a more thoughtful way of timing or serving drinks with the food, this place could be excellent.
