Sergiy, our server, provided outstanding customer service during our visit. He was courteous, attentive, and personable, with a delightful sense of humor that contributed to a memorable experience. Food was good but customer service was bad. We constantly felt like we were on our toes cause we were sharing, then someone literally came to ask us to leave the tip like it was mandatory.

We had an incredible dining experience at Fogo de Chão Miami, and a big part of that was thanks to our amazing server, Sergi. From the moment we sat down, he went above and beyond to ensure we had a flawless meal. His attentiveness, professionalism, and warm personality truly elevated our evening.
Sergi was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and provided excellent recommendations. He made sure our drinks were always full, our table was well taken care of, and that we got to enjoy the best cuts of meat at the perfect temperature. His friendly demeanor and genuine enthusiasm made us feel welcomed and valued as guests.
If you’re dining at Fogo de Chão Miami, I highly recommend asking for Sergi—he turns a great meal into an unforgettable experience! We will definitely be back, thanks in large part to his outstanding service.
