The only spectacular about this place is where it is! The waitress was good super attentive and cordial but front manager don't respect their customer! Even when this is a tourist place to know the personal don't give their best experiences to their customer
The venue is spectacular: on a garden patio at the extraordinary, historic Biltmore Hotel. Old school tunes (sinatra, bossa nova) playing. Romantic and lovely. The menu looked fabulous but the actual food was somewhat lacking. The mushroom risotto tasted a little soapy, the Chilean seabass was overly seasoned; the truffle mashed potatoes and the tuna tartar were good. The "eggplant parmasan ravioli" was just decent ravioli - nothing special. Blanco tequila specialty...
Great food, very pleasant experience. I do not like that a 20% gratuity is forced on you and automatically included. A gratuity is always discretionary and earned based on friendliness and quality of service.
