This place has changed since we were in Miami last, but they still have plenty of pastries and sandwiches. The biggest change is that they have less desert items. That was a little disappointing, but the pasties were still really good, and that is what we were after anyway.

I came here for breakfast with my parents today. We ordered one eggs Benedict & 2 eggs Florentine. For reference, my receipt states that I paid for the order at 12:14. About 10 minutes after that, the eggs Benedict arrived. We waited for the other two meals for at LEAST 20 minutes, while the employees ignored us (nor did they ask how the eggs Benedict was). After waiting that time, I approached the counter to ask where the other 2 meals were, and the employee looked at me blankly. She said she had no idea what I was talking about. I explained that I had paid for 3 meals and only received one, and she told me (with no remorse whatsoever) that they didn’t have the other two meals& that they never “went through the system” , despite me paying for them. I then had to ask for a refund, to which they again offered a very measly “sorry”. I am wondering had I not said anything at all, would I still be waiting for my meal that I paid for & being ignored by the employees? I am very disappointed with the lack of awareness of your employees, as well as their consideration and customer service. Terrible, terrible experience. Came hungry, left hungrier and angry.

I visit Coral Gables very often and love to go to your bakery. Yesterday, I was happy to patronize your bakery and to my surprise and disappointment, I placed my order, sat quite close to the register only to be openly ignored by your server. I sat and observed at least four other patrons come in after me and were attended to. I sat there for approximately 17 mins to get my order and NADA.... I eventually got up and asked for my money back.....sad...but you know who will not be going back......your server said she forgot to place the order.....

I work in the Alhambra area and I don't go here because of their overpriced breakfast sandwiches. No vegetarian options, I can't get a simple Egg and cheese croissant/sandwich, it only has Ham or sausage option and its $5.99. When I ask if I can get a regular egg and cheese croissant they said, it is the same price as meat based sandwiches and comes with Mixed greens. I got it once and it was not worth it. The mixed greens were not great and the croissant sandwich was ok.

Nothing special. The food is not bad but we won't come back. A little place to grab a bite when you are in a rush.

Unfriendly. New owner. New staff. Cold and unwelcoming place. Not what it used to be.

Cute place. Very good service. Had coffee & turkey, spinach & tomato omelette w/ a side of salad & French bread: good taste. Nice corner location.

This place has good food, but the customer service is either good or terrible, no inbetween. I was the ONLY ONE in line waiting to just order one thing and go, and they kept me waiting for 10 minutes and continued to tell me to wait, while all they did was walk back and forth with a clueless face on what to do next. If you like good food but don't care about customer service, come here..

Was great to find a coffee shop that is quite, European style, neat and with great morning specials.

Best breakfast sandwich in the history of breakfast sandwiches!! Friendly service, great coffee. Wide assortment of pastries, but several breakfast options as well. Yummy!

I just love this place, the ambiance, the furniture and bright, bright window light (not a good morning place for the hung-over), the dirty windows, the food! ...And of course the coffee!
