Pretty rude attitude from the workers at the front who have an idgaf attitude after me and my friend drive 30 minutes to this specific location. I order my smoothie, and it takes quite a bit for them to start working on it despite us being the only customers in there. No problem, I know how things can be as I work at a restaurant. Despite ordering and PAYING for my drinks, she tells me they're out of pomegranate juice... for the pomegranate smoothie.. the thing I ordered and had already payed for. Why would they let me pay for something when a key ingredient has just run out? Why let me pay for a drink when there's no guarantee all the ingredients are there? She asks whether I want cranberry or pineapple juice instead, of which I hate both. She says that cranberry would be preferable and that it would be just like the wild berry smoothie, which I've never tried or had the interest of trying. I told her cranberry to try and have hope for my smoothie, thinking she would make the pomegranate smoothie with all same ingredients but subbing the pomegranate juice for cranberry. She then makes me a wild berry smoothie cus she insists it's the same thing as the one I ordered but with pomegranate... even though it isn't and has different ingredients. I try it, and it's disgusting and watered down as all hell. Nasty.

The Store is open to very late,its was many people waiting outside and the Store never open, some kids was outside waiting for the Store open, you need update the web site

This visit was interesting but not in a positive way. My group knew what to expect about the ice cream, which is good and with different tasty flavors. The atmosphere is standardized and does the job, everything fine. However, the person helping was in a bad mood and all of us where surprised. Yes, it was ~20min before the location was scheduled to close but if that person was serving scoops for a standard verson during standard working hours there was no reason to act unfriendly and almost rude. Maybe that person was having a bad day but anyways...

Best ice cream in my opinion and this shop is amazing! They don’t seem to get annoyed when I ask to try different flavors and the workers are always very nice and welcoming.

No alternative milk while all other branches always offer at least oat milk or soy milk. Also the whole store suffer for sewage leakage horrible odor. Which I honestly can’t fathom how sewage is a good marketing for ice cream. Not to mention the health possible implications for the workers and the clients.

We ordered an ice cream prepared with fruits, apparently they had it put in a refrigerator and it arrived completely frozen, I have waited 30 hours for the fruits that the ice cream contains to defrost, to advance the work they should not do it like this, this is a type of ice cream that is prepared at the moment.

We were waiting outside since 9am and at 11 when it finally was open the lady that worked there said she had to walk out and it be back laterThat was so rude and inappropriate she could of at least serve our orderIm sorry but she did leave she had her purse. No alarm was ringing

Came in to the store and the atmosphere was super welcoming, the girl that helped me was Bianca and she had the nicest smile and best costumer service I’ve ever received, the dazzler I order was so nicely done I even posted pictures of it on my Facebook. Definitely recommend coming here ? .
